I thought the rooms are well designed and laid out, and the location was excellent. Starting from the location — it’s a few minutes walk from a few different Akihabara stations which connects you to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Ikebukuro easily and directly. There’s a FamilyMart and Lawson across the street, and also a Starbucks, so breakfast was easy. There’s also a cute onigiri and soba shop next to the Lawson’s which makes for a convenient lunch/dinner. The room itself, I enjoyed - I stayed alone in 1 room, while my partner had their own. There was enough counter and desk space, and enough floor space to open my big luggage. The bathroom is well laid out and I love how quiet the exhaust fan is (compared to two other rooms we stayed in at Osaka and Kyoto). The tub was big enough for 5’4” me to stretch out, and it fills and drains quickly. The coin laundry downstairs works well, and the Chinese staff at the front desk was helpful.

This is not the place for you if you’re very sensitive to noise. My room faced the river and the train tracks so could hear the whir of trains as well as the occasional platform announcement. It was not loud enough to stop me from falling asleep, but the announcement did wake me up the first morning. I don’t mind the sound that much so this is a small thing.

This hotel is really close to a train station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff was helpful and they offer luggage storage.

Most of the toiletries were in the lobby, which is on the 3rd floor not the ground floor, so not easy access. You can hear the room next door and the train, but not too loud. The bathroom flush was really noisy. It costed more than other places.

We’ve stayed here before and love the location. Perfectly situated in the very heart of Akihabara and a 30-second walk to the Akihabara Station. The room is small, but great in comparison to most in Tokyo and the bath is full-sized as well as a full-length bathroom mirror. Good size for a couple, but if you’re larger-framed the bed will be a bit too small for two people.

Although the room was very clean overall, once again, the bathrooms (under and around the toilet) were particularly filthy and had not been cleaned in a long time. There was so much hair and dirt all around the toilet that it was a bit off-putting.

Clean, modern room and comfortable bed. Rooms are on the small side, but not overly small considering the standard in Japanese hotels. For a one-night stay it was great.

Not the hotel's fault, but beware of booking.com trying to get you to "upgrade to a room with a private bathroom". All rooms have private bathrooms, yet I constantly got upsell emails and messages to get me to pay more for what was essentially the same room, but a smoking room instead of non-smoking. Apparently booking.com think an "upgrade" means paying extra for something you already have, and changing to a smelly smoking room. Bizarre!

Very close to the train station, vibrant area, room was small but just big enough for us, overlooking the river and a small local shrine, a piece of daily life. Clean and tidy. Didn't try the breakfast, ate out.

The train tracks are very close, some rooms feel it more than others. We stayed at the corner near the tracks but facing the river and it was just quiet enough. We heard the train's announcements twice and it wasn't unnoticeable, but didn't wake us up and we didn't mind. Other than that the room was small but decent, and we managed pretty well with 2 bags and a trolley.

Amazing location right next to JR and TX Akihabara Station and a short stroll to the lights and wonders of Akiba. The hotel is relateively modern with good facilities such as QR Code card payment washer and dryers as well as a Denny's on site. Great staff who can speak English well and communicate facliities as well. We also lucked out and got a corner room so try to request for a number 26 room if you are staying in a double room as the extra entrance hall way space made the rooms feel much bigger and less cramped than others. Good amenities bar with lots of great additional options and their luggage service was also very well done. We also had our luggage stored for a week at the hotel and was kept safe throughout. Highly recommended.

The Denny's downstairs can get a bit packed out during morning rush so I recommend heading across the st to the GUST's instead where it is always empty and serves essentially the same food.

It's pretty convenient due to its closeness to the station. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants, arcades and karaoke, so you always have something to do, eat or places that you need. The room was small, but nothing too uncomfortable. The heating system and air conditioning worked very well. It was fast and easy to warm up in the room after spending the day outside in the cold streets of Tokyo in winter. The hotel is right in front of Akihabara Station, which connects to a lot of places so it makes moving around Tokyo pretty easy. The staff was very helpful and the room had everything you need for your stay.

I did not have any issues while sleeping, nor any pain when waking up, but I did notice that the mattress was a little bit hard. Also, I did not have issues with the space, I managed to fit everything and be comfortable around my room, but I do know that for other people it might be too small. if you don't like small rooms, the room might be too small for you, since it can get tricky to open two big luggages.

Location is outstanding - very convenient to station, bars, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was extensive and reasonably priced and staff are very helpful and friendly. On a busy street but we heard no noise at all from outside.

Beds weee very firm (which some people prefer) and I slept ok but a bit softer would suit me better. No driveway for pick up or drop off with luggage (driveway next door to hotel was policed by some very unreasonable guards who refused to allow even a short drop off even though no other activity taking place - not the hotel’s fault of course bur did make arriving a challenge on a busy street).

The location of the hotel is what I like the most. It is literally 1 min walk away from JR Akihabara station (yamanote line). The hotel is in front of the JR station which makes it super easy to get around Tokyo. Cleanliness of the rooms was pretty good and they can make up the room everyday if you wanted to. We booked twin room which is the largest sized room in the hotel. Can open 2 large suitcases on the floor with still some room to walk around. Will definitely booked this hotel again the next time we’re in tokyo

Location is amazing if you're looking for all things anime and pokemon. Opposite the station, yodobashi camera, and a heap of pokemon and anime strores.

Location is not good for night life and eating out in a group, there is little open past 9pm and surrounding areas don't have much going on. We found ourselves going to Roppongi, Shinjuku and Shibuya for dinner and drinks. Akihabara is great from 10AM to 5PM. Breakfast was overpriced for what you pay, you're better off going to the Denny's on the 2nd floor for a better quality and cheaper breakfast.
