The location is excellent and the room was very clean. The bed is enormous, and there is still enough space to open my suitcase fully. I liked that the television is mounted directly in front of the bed and that there is an option to connect my iPad directly to the television. All the lights can also be controlled directly from the bed. The hotel is quiet and well-kept, and the neighborhood is quiet at night. The hotel is also five minutes from the train station and to Sensoji Temple, and is extremely worth for the cost.

The toilet stank a little bit every time it is flushed, and the bathroom in general is tiny. There is no option to have your sheets changed before 3 nights. There is also no option to have the air conditioning be cold instead of hot during winter, but you could just open the window.

The staff was very friendly, and they let me park my rental bike in front of the hotel. They were also generous with providing extra towels. My room was very quiet as long as I kept the window shut, sleeping with an open window was not possible due to too much noise from nearby streets.

A simple shelf above the bed or desk would make organizing clothes much easier in a room without a wardrobe. Your only option is to keep your stuff under the bed. Also, even if your room is ready, they charge an hourly fee if you want to check in before the official time. If you decide to extend your stay, instead of being grateful, they make you check out of your room by 10 AM and won't let you back in until the 3 PM check-in time—unless you pay the hourly fee again to access the room earlier. The cleaning staff repeatedly violated my privacy by entering the room on days when I did not place the cleaning request sign on the door.

i like the location of the hotel. near to sensoji temple, and near stations. we can early check in too (pay 3.000 yen if you want to check in at 12 pm, 2.000 yen at 1 pm ,1.000 yen at 2 pm) and we can scale our luggage before check out. oh we can drop our luggage before check in time if you dont want to pay more for early check in. this hotel is very recomended !

Close to Kaminarimon Gate and Senso-ji. Great access to trains on Asakusa and Ginza Line. Good access to go to/come from Haneda airport. Although the room was small-ish (even for Japan), there was some under bed storage for luggage which was very convenient. Finally, super comfortable bed!

Unable to control the AC setting between cool and heat. My husband unfortunately got sick and not being able to change the AC to cool was a little frustrating, the room got stuffy very easily.

I liked the hotel as it is centrally located, 5 min walk to the Ginza, Tobu and Asakusa train lines. These 3 lines will get you anywhere in Tokyo in 30 mins. You can take a 5 mins stroll down to the beautiful Sumida River for a river cruise or just a nice walk. You are 2 stations on the Tobu line from the SkyTree with it's 450m observation deck giving 360Deg views of Tokyo.

There is no restaurant in the hotel you have to use the one in the APA hotel behind, 30 second walk. There is also no washing machines in the hotel which is quite expensive. However I did find a laundromat 2 blocks away that was cheap.

The room is extremely small and you will have to push your luggage’s under the bed.

The hotel was generally clean and well maintained. The room was tidy, cleaned daily, with the trash removed and amenities replenished. The location was excellent — close to the subway, a 7-Eleven :)) and within walking distance of one of the city’s main tourist attractions. Overall, I felt safe in the area. The open space under the bed was useful for storing luggage. All the staff were polite and pleasant. The bedside lighting controls were also very convenient.

I think they could provide umbrellas at the hotel entrance for guests, as I’ve seen in other hotels. They had some for sale, but not for borrowing. I also missed having a more suitable space for using the microwave — it was located near the front desk in a cramped and not very functional area. The room was small, but I believe that’s common in Japan.

My father is disabled, so I need to arrange for the wheelchair to be delivered to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and answered lots of questions from me before I arrived. I am very thankful for their help. My stay is good and the room is clean. It has everything we need in the room. The location is not bad, it is close to Sensoji. Overall I love this hotel very much.

Typical Apa hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. The cleaner lady was very nice every morning and took our trash out. Location was perfect, just a short walk from Asakusa's main attractions, and you can take just one train to both Haneda and Narita without the need to change lines.

It was on the smaller APA hotels ( we did not have breakfast included, but for reference was not available in the building and you had to walk to the other hotel that was roughly 1 minute away). The previous APA we stayed, had a gym, coin laundry, a full convenience store on the 4th floor. This one had nothing. For us it wasn't really a big deal, at the end of the day, your are in the middle of Tokyo, and everything is literally on your doorstep.
