I liked the hotel’s location very much. It is very convenient — just a short walk to Asakusa Shrine, Sensoji Temple, and the shopping streets. It's also close to several train and metro stations, making it easy to travel around the Tokyo area. The area feels safe, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, and overall, it offers good value for money.

The Japanese staff, especially the younger team members, were not very professional in their attitude. I felt they treated guests more like students than customers. For example, when I reported a problem connecting to the Wi-Fi, instead of trying to help or giving a helpful response, the staff simply told me, “Your device must be the problem,” and said they were not engineers. I understood that, but I would have appreciated a more respectful response like, “I’m sorry to hear that. I’ll report it to the team.” In contrast, foreign staff members were friendly and kind.

First time staying in a capsule hotel, and it did not disappoint ♡ ✮⋆˙ Pros: • Location was great, conveniently located near Asakusa which is a large tourist attraction, and you can take the Ginza Line to Shibuya • TAKE NOTE: ONLY PUBLIC BATHS! not an issue for me because I love open aired baths + onsens and being able to stay overnight + go to the Onsen for $20 is a great deal !!! • Varies from group to group, but the people I stayed with were generally considerate !! <𝟑 .ᐟ Cons: • Heat: It was a little stuffy with the curtain fully closed in 😢 I gave up and left it open halfway, but this definitely did affect my quality of sleep!

The location is perfect, right in the center of Asakusa, close to the station. The staff is mostly friendly. It is clean in both common space and dormitory rooms. I really love the sauna.

I think it would be great to have a better ventilation system cause the odor is sometimes overwhelming. Additionally cleaning bathrooms more frequently would have a better impression on the bath cleanliness. I don't understand how the washing and drying system could be improved but I had to wait for 2 hours after washing my clothes because someone realized their clothes were not dry enough and put their clothes in the dryer machine until ready though it was logically my turn cause I just washed my clothes. It was disappointing though life happens.

This was my second time and still, I would choose this place for the cleanliness and the location. The staff is super friendly and always available and I love the bathroom with the onsen it is just so refreshing and amazing to bath in the onsen after a long day of walk.

It would be nice to have plates and dishes available in the kitchenette. It would be great to have a place where to refill water for free as is quite common for hostels now to have one. There is not so much space for luggage in the dorm and some beds are in a really bad location that it feels claustrophobic and the top beds are full of dust. There is only one USB plug for charging, not good if you have more than one thing to charge. Worst mattress.

The bed was comfortable. The onsen and sauna are valuable for long days of walking

The upper beds have no capsule “ceiling” and the lights of the room are kept on all day all night, so the upper beds were completely lit while sleeping, absolutely uncomfortable. They should modify those beds, or turn of the lights at night or offer eye masks. Also there’s no cups, glasses, crockeries nor dishes of any kind in the “”kitchen””. They don’t offer towels, nor slippers, nor toothbrush, if you need them you have to buy them. Lockers are very tiny, you won’t be able to fit a computer or camera in them, only money or passports.

Compared to most capsule hotels for a budget this is very modernized and cozy. I’m from NYC and ice seen it all when to comes to dirtiness. This place was nowhere near anything if not dirty at all. Very worth the stay for the price it’s so close to the Asakusa temple, don Quijote, great restaurants and a tiny amusement park.

Few nitpicks. There’s only one pillow and it’s not so plump so for my stay I folded a jacket under my pillow for better neck support. 2: there’s not private showers it’s all in one little area with an onsen. If you’re not comfortable being naked in front of people… get used to it or u won’t shower. The lights shut off at 11:00 and turn on at 9:00 and if you sleep late and sleep light that would definitely bother you in the morning. There’s also staff cleaning with loud vacuums which isn’t an issue but invest in some ear plugs if you aren’t a morning person but don’t let this deter you from this place it’s the best I’ve spent on a budget

I like the location as well as the setup of the rooms and floors. I really like the public sauna as I was able to relax each and every end of my day.

I requested for my bed sheet to be changed 1 time in my 9-night stay but they didn’t change it. Also, there are travelers that are really loud in the room (some are taking phone calls in the sleeping area) - they need to properly remind the people that will stay in the hostel. Also, it’s better to have some staff that are fluent or at least a good listener in English language, it’s a bit hard to communicate with them but they are really helpful and kind.

Staff was the best. The beds are confortable and it's very quiet inside! Very comfy to sleep you can even charge phone in the bed place. Bath are huge but you have to constantly push to get water and can't access between 11am to 3pm. The commun place is very calm and agreeable, wifi works well and you can stay as long as you like. Also there no stress about thiefing. The location is also perfect or rather double edged, it's 1 block away from the shrine, so you have a often a lot of people but you also have easy access to train and lot of stores near(Convenient, restaurants, shops, bookoff etc..).

Cleaning are from 11am to 3pm, means if you wake up late you might not be able to take a shower or change sheets. You have to constantly push in the shower to get water, it's annoying.

This is an amazing capsule hotel. The location is very near to the Asakusa station that connects to two lines "G" and "A". It is also near a large temple and some amazing restaurants. The facility itself is very clean and the staff are helpful. I stayed here for 5 days but could have easily stayed longer. The spa / bathing area is definitely something us westerners are not used too but it is clean and the soaking tub is very relaxing after a long day of walking through the city. Bathrooms are clean with modern Japanese toilets. The sleeping capsule is comfortable and most other patrons are quiet. I'm slightly over 6ft (183cm) tall and I had plenty of room. For the style of hotel it is it would be hard to find something better. Well recommended!

This is a very small complaint but it's the only thing negative I could think of...The two hangers in the capsule are metal and hung in such a way that if you bump into them it can be very loud, like a wind-chime. I accidentally bumped into them a few times and worried I was disturbing my neighbors.

Can’t leave your bags after check out U have to pay for towels, toothbrush and more Big problem - the lockers are sooo small, only good for phone or passport but if u have something bigger even an iPad - it’s not big enough Upper bed is very high
