The hotel is next to a station, and 10 min walking from asakusa. The room was ok, it looked clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful

Our air conditioner was broken and was kept open with a folded napkin that didn't look so clean. The spaces where super small so it made it difficult to move in the room. The system to leave the baggage before check in and after check out was an organized caos, you leave them in the lobby and the staff keep them together with a cord but they get moved around constantly by the staff or other guests trying to get their baggage, that makes the space to move around in the lobby very limited around check out time.

Best place I stayed in while in Tokyo, have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here for future trips. Great location in Asakusa right before the Ginza line subway station. You can walk to Sensoji in about 10 to 15 mins but you can also take the subway one station to Asakusa station if you want to appear right in front of Sensoji. There is a pier near Sensoji where you can take a boat ride to odaiba and a few other locations if you want a boat ride down Sumida river. Tokyo tower can be seen around the area and can be accessed via a transfer at the Asakusa station or better you can take a direct bus right in front of the hotel (Google map will tell you what to do). Plenty of excellent eateries for all kinds of budget around the area, and shopping like Donki, Uniqlo etc. Room size isn't great but that's typical of all Japanese business hotels. The top level onsen was a twice daily visit for me. Staff was helpful whenever I had to mail my luggage to the next hotel.

It's a perfect location in a quiet area, not that crowded like Ueno or Akibahara. Just walk 2 min to the subway, and it's very convenient to transfer to any places. Many convenience stores, department stores, clothing stores, foods...etc around here. The staff here are pro and friendly.

The double bed room is a little bit narraw, and the bed seems not the regular size, it's smaller. But it's fine for 2 females. I used to have 2 waters everyday, not just afford only on check-in day. The fridge can not store popsicles, sometimes the fridge door can not close properly. Besides, things are perfect.

There is a metro station very near the hotel. The train station is not so close. It was close enough of Asakusa without being to close to avoid the most touristy areas.

The room was awfully small and, unlike the APA we had in Kyoto, this does not feature higher bed that would allow us to put our bags underneath it, so it was a struggle to have everything tidy every time so we were able to move. The breakfast was a let down since we though it would be a buffet as in Kyoto, but it was ok for the price (900yen per person).

- Close Proximity to train station - Walking distance for shopping and restaurants - Value per night - Ability to stream videos from mobile phone - Plenty of towels, with complimentary soap, shampoo, men’s razors, etc. - Internal restaurant. Used it plenty of times for breakfast and occasionally for dinner. Great quality & value. - And of course - The Bidet!🚽

- The extremely tiny space of a room . Felt like a small dorm room - especially for 2 people - Lack of storage space for clothes, luggage & toiletries (drawers & closets) - If no available iron & ironing board, no clear instructions on how to use Trousers press. - Lack of a view from the room window. The glass was covered in a tinted shade (almost prison like)

Its directly at tawaramachi station, on foot really close to asakusa. You get fresh towels every day even if they don't clean your room.

Not enough elevators for so many guests. There was mold near the air condition They give you new bathrobes and everything along with the towels.. just clutters the tiny room even more. You can hear everything that happens in front of the room, even if its 8 doors down the hall. There is no "do not disturb sign". I dont want staff in my room when im gone..

Location is perfect, it's 50mts away from the subway and efficiently connected to everything, you can walk to lots of places as well. The room was small, think cabin on a boat kind of small, it will not fit 2 suitcases, nor any big hard case suitcase that needs double the space to open.

Size of the room, and that you couldn't open the window so the air was stuffy and smelled like dirty carpet all the time. Still, it's what you pay for, it's pretty cheap for that part of town. Oh and the pillows were straight out weird, you had 2 models of pillows and neither were soft enough. If you are on the larger size, the bathroom will be a problem. I'm 1.7 , 60kg and it was just big enough for me to move around.

As always a very smooth check in process, with friendly staff. Rooms are always exactly as you expect them: small, but tidy and practical, and with a perfectly comfortable bed. The hotel is always quite thanks to the carpets and wood. Beautiful and relaxing public bath. I love the design, colors and lighting of the hotel. Whenever I can, I choose this chain. It alwas ensures a good rest and relaxing stay.

Breakfast and restaurant in cooperation with Komeda. This is not the quality I am used to in some other APA hotels, and I was a little dissappointed. Second: laundry machines: only one? (probably a second one inside the men's bathroom, but still...). I had to pack my washed clothes in a wet state because the dryer was occupied (people don't neccessarily empty them immediately after a cycle is finished).

Well located near the train station of the Ginza line, barely 2 mins walk away | 7-11 right across the road | Asakusa a 10 minute walk away The onsen was a bonus, especially after a long tiring day exploring the city The cleaning staff ensured to clean our room on a daily basis

The check-in procedure could be made simple, due to some glitch with the systems we ended up spending longer time. Had booked 2 rooms and requested for them to be beside each other since we were travelling with our kids, but since the system had automatically assigned our rooms, it wasn't possible.

Location is good near to subway and the service from the staff is very good. My kid left one of his toy during previous stay in this hotel and he can get it back in lost and found. He's very happy that he got his toys back.

We are traveling from overseas and also exploring attraction outside Tokyo but when we left Tokyo just for one day we cannot store the luggage in the hotel due to hotel policy. Actually there is coin locker near by the hotel that we can store the luggage. Would be better if the staff could advice us to store the luggage in the nearby coin locker if they cannot help store the luggage due to policy.
