This hotel was very close to the train station to get to Tokyo Disney. It's as close as some Disney Property hotels. The sauna was great and I love that there was a Lawson's connected to the hotel.

The biggest issue is that you can't control the air. The air is controlled centrally but centrally it was a little on the warmer side. Not hot but the temperature needed to be cooler. The other issue was the laundry facilities. There were 2 washers and dryers for all the females at the hotel. I heard the guys had 3. It was in the sauna area. So I had to wait a significant time in line to use the washer and then the dryer. Only to run the dryer for an hour and still have damp clothes. And because the laundry is in the sauna area, it's only open when the sauna is open. So there were several people who were able to wash but not dry their clothes.

There was a bathhouse in the hotel, used it everyday after a long day of walk.

The bathhouse, on certain days there could be weird people but I guess it is unavoidable. Also despite having the notices on the television, there are still some foreigners who wore pants and underwear to the bathhouse. Yes, you may not like the culture but you should still respect it for you are in Japan. As for cleaning, the people who came to clean the rooms on the stipulated days did not clear the APA laundry bags which i placed the APA used towels in there. Hence it was like stashed with lots of laundry bags for the nights i was there.

Excellent location, close by to Tokyo Station and Disneyland. Lawson is conveniently located at the first floor. Luggage Service delivery at its finest. Quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Special thanks to the 2 male staff on duty the afternoon of 3 April 2025, where they helped us above and beyond, to assist my sister to get her asthma medications, due to her shortness of breathing during our trip. The staff assisted to give us the contact details for foreign visitors and advised on options to take to get my sister’s medication. Despite the language barrier, the hotel staff worked hard to assist us and we successfully managed to get the medication needed. Kudos to APA Tokyo Bay Shiomi. We will definitely come back and also recommend this hotel to our friends.

the room is clean, and facilities like the public hot spring on the first floor are also nice. the breakfast are also nice with various kind of food available.

unfortunately, the vending machine on my floor (7th floor) was not working. also the coin laundry number is limited, and as it is located in the public bathroom, we cannot access it after 2am (or so I thought). It would be better if it is accessible 24h

Basically, what you are used to from APA. Great location next to train station (Shiomi in this case) and small but functional and comfy rooms. This one also comes with the resort perks including in-house onsen, konbini and bruch-style breakfast until noon. View from my room was also great.

Nothing really, just wish they would equip all their hotels with storage for your luggage under the bed. Considering the room size, this is always nice to see if you travel with a large suitcase.

Loved this hotel. You can always depend on an Apa. It wasn't as plush as the Osaka one we had, but it was cute and cosy and had an onsen and good breakfast. The location was good too. It was a little further out but REALLY well connected on the trains, really quick to Tokyo Station and some fun modern places locally like Diver shopping centre, the science museum and tokyo beach. Including the Gangdun store and a big Uniglo. And a proper supermarket, not just a lawson or 7/11, with proper fresh food. I preferred staying here than the more central tokyo hotels I'd previously had. There was a lot more sky and it was fresher and more relaxed. A welcomed juxtaposition to the hassle and bussel of more central locations. But only 15 -20 mins away on the JR. We were able to be in Tokyo all day, nip home and go bavk in for Dinner, easy.

You had to pay for the pool and my aircon was too noisy.

The best location for star wars celebration or anything happening in Makuhari Messe, very convenient, clean, rooms are decent and also they clean every few days and give toiletries every day, and everything is at the hotel, also near the station there's an amazing restaurant just when walking towards the station from apa hotel on the left. Amazing food

There was a wide variety of breakfast items and everything was tasty. Late night access to the public bath was very convenient. At just about 5 minutes walk from Shiomi Station, the location was favourable. Shiomi station provides direct and quick access to Disney Resort and to Tokyo Station.

The room was extremely small and compact. There was little to no room to move about the room and to lay bags and luggage. There was no closet for hanging clothes.

The location so close to shiomi station, Disneyland and Maretsu supermarket. Rooms very great. I had read so many poor reviews about APA. Don’t believe them. We could turn heater off if we wanted and open the window. Beds were so comfortable. Amazing Onsen in the building.

The price of breakfast was in the high side. It was comprehensive but we didn’t bother after the first morning. It was not busy at all. We bought breakfast supplies from Maretsu & had our own utensils.

So people giving less than 3 stars don’t do much traveling clearly. This place is a 10/10. The room may be small but it clearly states it in the details. So READ. Most places in Japan are small anyways so don’t travel if you don’t like a small room. Additionally who cares lol shouldn’t you be out exploring not staying cooped in a room.. anywayysss I love this place. It was perfect and I’d stay again.

As a solo traveler it woulda been great if my universal lock worked ha.. but it didn’t. The AC does turn off when you leave so when you go back in it can seem a bit stuffy but just crack the window and it’ll help. The walls are kinda thin. I luckily got a corner room on a top floor so it wasn’t too bad but you can hear people in the hall way and I could hear people at the tennis court.
