perhaps best visiting during spring as i can inagine all the sakura bloom on its yard on the river bank 5 mins walk from Monzen Nakacho exit 2 location is bit far from everywhere, but Tokyo is indeed a big city whwre you always need to jump to train anyway

we stayed for 5 nights and not single day has thw room cleaned when checked in i was told that day 1 and 2 ia eco clean and generql clean is day 3 but when the cleaner come on day 3 he refused to clean so yeah 5 days without cleaning not rwally good in that location isnt best for money value

For the price I'm paying and the room I'm getting, it was a good value, though the room was small but it had pretty much everything needed. The location also was not too far from a train station or bus station

The space was small especially since I had quite a big luggage, I had no choice but to open it up in the doorway. The window was completely opaque so can't see the outside, which I imagine would be quite the view since the hotel is right next to a river.

Rooms are clean, cozy and spacious. Nice view from the room. Near convenient store and restaurants. Breakfast is delicious, view from the breakfast area is nice. I love the coffee and miso soup!

In-house Restaurant/cafe is not 24/7. Extra pillow for the baby is not free - costs 300yen. Breakfast is same everyday. Breakfast area is not spacious.

you can book for a parking lot, staff are friendly, very clean, has laundry room

not in a very convenient location, room is pretty small, not suitable if you have a large luggage

Difficult to communicate with some staffs

The room was very clean! When my partner and I arrived the hotel was very full of other ppl checking in. However the staff at the front desk were very organized and fast! It was a very comfortable and welcoming stay.

Good location and good value for money

The bathroom was very small

The breakfast was good, coffee was delicious. Location was a little farther than we expected, but was still ok.

Nothing was bad, we had a good experience.
