It was good that there were no excessive regulations. Recommended for free-minded travelers. All the facilities worked well, and the best part was that the capsules are not too close together. There are many shower booths, and if you avoid congestion time a little, you can fully enjoy your personal life even though it is a capsule hotel.
Not recommended for travelers who seek extreme cleanliness because some objects are old. However, they are not at a level that would bother you so much.

I had never been to a capsule hotel. It was clean, it didn't smell, the capsules had built-in TVs. They provide you with all the basic items like cotton swabs, ear plugs, pajamas, towels, slippers, a locker, a bed safe, etc. It's right next to a railway station, and from there it does not take long to get to Disneyland or Tokyo Teleport Station which has great sights to see around it such as Tokyo Joypolis, Aqua City, Fuji TV, Odaiba Beach, The life sized gundam statue light show, etc.
Snoring, but that is to be expected. It is just that the plastic walls in the capsule aren't good at insulating the sound. No Elevators, large luggage is kept on the first floor with bike locks they provide.

Stay for a night for the tune auction the next day. The staff is friendly and trying their best to explain to us although there are not good in English. The capsule is clean and there is a TV in it. There are plenty of shower rooms and toilets. So no need to worry taking turn to use them.
There is no elevator in the 4 story building. The locker room is at the bottom floor, while the common area is at the top floor, so need to climb up and down if you forgot something.

My main purpose for the short stay was to attend the early morning Toyosu Market tuna auction. Though the trains operate after 5 a.m., the hotel was still only a brisk 45-minute walk away from the Market, given that I am a frequent walker. I liked how my carry-on hardshell luggage fit snugly within the guest locker, with enough space left to hang a wool jacket above it. The staff were friendly and clearly explained the guidelines and layout of the hotel, which has separate levels for male and female guests, to create a comfortable stay. The metal rungs to climb up to my upper level bunk bed were wide and well-built, and both the pillow and mattress base were firm but comfortable. Finally, I liked the lounge area on the top floor, which has a good view of the surrounding area, with vending machines for drinks and instant meals, seats and charging ports for devices.
The showers are closed for cleaning between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m., so I needed to shorten my time touring round the Market to return and freshen up, before check-out. However, I was informed you can extend your stay by paying a fee by the hour. Also, as in nearly every capsule hotel, make sure to bring a set of earplugs, to block out the loud snoring of neighboring guests!

The location is indeed far from the city center or shopping centers but for those looking for peace and quiet this location is very good. The capsules are spacious, clean, and have many toilets.
The female staff when I checked in looked lazy. She didn't provide detailed explanations about the location of the room, shower room, locker, even the lock for luggage i had to find out by myself.

It’s a one stop from Tokio Big sight, the train satiation and a continuance store is 5min walk. Everything is clean, they give you a lot of amenities (shampoo, towels, toothbrush, etc), there’s an area you can work on you laptop, and you can make your own lundary and is not expensive. Team lab and Disney is super closed.
If you want to explore Tokio center is a little far away.

Clean, cheap, and close to the train station, I highly recommend this capsule hotel!
It would be even better if the blinders for each capsule wasn't as see-through. The light from the capsule opposite my own was a bit annoying.

We used this capsule hotel for a few hours of sleep before grabbing an early morning flight from Haneda Airport. First capsule hotel experience, and it was great. We felt very welcomed and we were explained everything in good english when we checked in. Everything is separated by gender apart from the common room. As a couple, we enjoyed a cupnoodle and a beer from the vending machine before going to our separate dorms. Beds were comfortable, great shower and pyjamas were provided, toothbrushes etc were provided too. It was easy to get to the airport if you did not have too much luggage.
There is not much around the hotel, apart from a convenience store by the station and a 24hr Yudetaro noodle place (from what we saw). This is fine if you are looking for a place to crash.

It's about a 3 minute walk from the train station. The staff explained the hotel rules and were nice. Easy to check in even without speaking Japanese. Place was clean, had private showers and overall quiet and a good place to just sleep after a long day exploring Odaiba.
I'm a warm sleeper, so it was insanely stuffy in my capsule. The floor itself was kept nice and cool, but once I closed up the blinds I had to sleep in my undies. There was a fan inside the capsule that helped a bit, but wasn't true AC.

The restroom facilities provide mirrors and dryers, offering a spacious and bright environment. The bedroom walkways and layout are newly designed and maintained to ensure cleanliness.
The fan in my dormitory room emits considerable noise, and closing the curtain exacerbates the stuffiness. Fortunately, there is an air conditioner positioned opposite my bed. Consequently, I have opted to keep the curtain open to allow the circulation of cool air into my bed.
