Close to Big Sight. Good for attending exhibitions there. Airport luminous bus dropped off at the front door. Cheaper option than taking taxi from the NRT airport. A wide range of amenities to choose from.

Well some room space are quite limited. Huge luggage is going to be a hassle. But that is understandable.

Good breakfast with chocolate fountain. Airport limousine stopped at the hotel. Good view of the bay from the upper levels. Right across from a convenience store. Close to food outlets and 3 stations. Bus to Disneyland was also very handy.

Bedroom a bit squishy for a double bed.

Very nice room and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The amenities supplied in the lobby were really great and a step above other hotels! Was able to do some pampering and facial care while relaxing after a long day of walking.

It was a little awkward to find the hotel from the train station as there was an event going on in the park outside the hotel. Clearer signs would have helped, especially a clearly marked entrance sign.

We booked two rooms for 5 days. One double room and one two bed room. Room size ok, but the room with two beds was a bit or felt more spacious, so unless it is important with a double bed for a couple, go for the two bed room. Bathroom small, but perfectly ok. View from rooms ok. Water kettle in room and a small fridge. We booked non smoking rooms and they where in the 14th floor. There was a superb large supermarket a short walk from the hotel. Hotel is close to Tokyo Big Site station and we traveled with public transport every day. Big shopping center one stop from Tokyo Big Site. Staff at hotel is super polite and very helpful. We arrived in Tokyo at Haneda and tok a taxi to the Hotel. We departed from Narita and booked a Bus to the airport online, but when we arrived at Narita it was possible to buy your bus ticket before getting of the bus. We actually had a very nice stay at this hotel.

We booked our stay without breakfast, but we could buy it at the hotel. Unfornatlely it was not quite at our taste even there was a huge selection of Japanese food. They had croissants and some jam, Coffee and juice was super.

We were staying in a Junior Suite Room, very spacious with balcony. Good views of Tokyo harbor.

Washing machine provided in the room as well as table ware but no detergents supplied. The convenience store in the hotel does not sell detergents and as the hotel is very far from any supermarkets, we could not use the washing machine.

We booked a triple bed room and stayed for 3 nights. We found the room is more spacious compared to other hotel rooms in Tokyo. Free amenities in the first floor and we can take as much as we need. Also has multiple lifts so we don’t have to wait for too long for a lift. Easy access to Disney Resort with a free shuttle from the hotel and also affordable fare of shuttle bus to haneda airport.

The room layout is not optimal. Bath room is way too big and has a lot of unnecessary spaces. With a lot of space used for the bathroom, although the room is spacious, we still have a hard time opening our luggage. The desk provided was also too small for us.

Excellent Location The hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Big Sight, Odaiba, and transport lines like the Yurikamome and Rinkai, making it easy to explore Tokyo and the exhibition district. Convenient Airport Access The limousine bus to Haneda and Narita airports stops right at the hotel entrance, making transfers smooth and stress-free. Clean, Spacious Rooms & Modern Facilities We appreciated the cleanliness and the well-maintained facilities, including large bathtubs, microwaves on each floor, and a lobby convenience store. Helpful, Accommodating Staff The staff was consistently friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Excellent Breakfast & Amenities We enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet. The hotel also offers self-service luggage storage, a Lawson convenience store in the lobby, and even a free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland. Great Value We felt the hotel offers excellent value, especially compared to central Tokyo options.

Poor Light Blocking in the Morning The curtains did not block sunlight well, so mornings were brighter than we would have liked. Crowded Lobby During Peak Times At busy check-in periods, the lobby could become congested, and the automatic systems were not always sufficient to manage the flow smoothly. Hard pillows and mattresses.

The standard bed size was enough for us; the bathtub compensated for public bath (onsen); hotel location served our purpose; We appreciate the free toiletries for guests including the use of pajamas; We like the buffet breakfast; very convenient to check-in and check-out plus baggage storage before and after; We like the strategic location for Airport Limousine Bus

we heard our next room neighbors sometimes banging and talking loud during late night; there was no English Channel on the TV or translated English instructions on how to get English News.

Room was well appointed and felt spacious for a Japanese hotel. large wide desk under window so you can setup a nice big workstation as required was really appreicated. Shower was fine and had good water pressure. Lifts were fast and plentiful so was also easy to get up and down. Good venue to be at for business meetings at Tokyo Big Sight

Bed was a little soft and pillows were a bit soft as well. Slightly annoying getting from the station with the big building in the way but not a huge deal. Although there are good connections with transport you still need to time your coming and going accordingly unlike the rest of Tokyo.
