Close to Big Sight. Good for attending exhibitions there. Airport luminous bus dropped off at the front door. Cheaper option than taking taxi from the NRT airport. A wide range of amenities to choose from.

The bed is on the hard side.

Good breakfast with chocolate fountain. Airport limousine stopped at the hotel. Good view of the bay from the upper levels. Right across from a convenience store. Close to food outlets and 3 stations. Bus to Disneyland was also very handy.

Bedroom a bit squishy for a double bed.

Very nice room and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The amenities supplied in the lobby were really great and a step above other hotels! Was able to do some pampering and facial care while relaxing after a long day of walking.

It was a little awkward to find the hotel from the train station as there was an event going on in the park outside the hotel. Clearer signs would have helped, especially a clearly marked entrance sign.

We booked two rooms for 5 days. One double room and one two bed room. Room size ok, but the room with two beds was a bit or felt more spacious, so unless it is important with a double bed for a couple, go for the two bed room. Bathroom small, but perfectly ok. View from rooms ok. Water kettle in room and a small fridge. We booked non smoking rooms and they where in the 14th floor. There was a superb large supermarket a short walk from the hotel. Hotel is close to Tokyo Big Site station and we traveled with public transport every day. Big shopping center one stop from Tokyo Big Site. Staff at hotel is super polite and very helpful. We arrived in Tokyo at Haneda and tok a taxi to the Hotel. We departed from Narita and booked a Bus to the airport online, but when we arrived at Narita it was possible to buy your bus ticket before getting of the bus. We actually had a very nice stay at this hotel.

We booked our stay without breakfast, but we could buy it at the hotel. Unfornatlely it was not quite at our taste even there was a huge selection of Japanese food. They had croissants and some jam, Coffee and juice was super.

We were staying in a Junior Suite Room, very spacious with balcony. Good views of Tokyo harbor.

Washing machine provided in the room as well as table ware but no detergents supplied. The convenience store in the hotel does not sell detergents and as the hotel is very far from any supermarkets, we could not use the washing machine.

We booked a triple bed room and stayed for 3 nights. We found the room is more spacious compared to other hotel rooms in Tokyo. Free amenities in the first floor and we can take as much as we need. Also has multiple lifts so we don’t have to wait for too long for a lift. Easy access to Disney Resort with a free shuttle from the hotel and also affordable fare of shuttle bus to haneda airport.

The room layout is not optimal. Bath room is way too big and has a lot of unnecessary spaces. With a lot of space used for the bathroom, although the room is spacious, we still have a hard time opening our luggage. The desk provided was also too small for us.

Room was well appointed and felt spacious for a Japanese hotel. large wide desk under window so you can setup a nice big workstation as required was really appreicated. Shower was fine and had good water pressure. Lifts were fast and plentiful so was also easy to get up and down. Good venue to be at for business meetings at Tokyo Big Sight

Bed was a little soft and pillows were a bit soft as well. Slightly annoying getting from the station with the big building in the way but not a huge deal. Although there are good connections with transport you still need to time your coming and going accordingly unlike the rest of Tokyo.

Amazing hotel if you are heading to the Tokyo Big Sight for a conference or event. Located fairly close by to both the Yurikamome automated rail and also the Rinkai Line. The rooms are nicely sized for a Japanese hotel and the super long bench at the end of the room was much appreicated to be able to setup a workstation and have place for other things too. Bathrooms were also fine. Amenity area was well appointed. Nice to also have a Lawson on L2 as well so you can visit for late night snacks on the way back to the room each night.

The self service luggage storage is a bit strange but understandable given how many people seem to use it. The hotel also is an apponted hotel for Disneyland resort, so there are many big tour groups who stay here. Breakfast congestion can get quite high in the morning. Not the hotels' fault but I don't like having to stay in Ariake as it is extremely far from anything at all in Tokyo.

Great location close to bus stop and train stations Lovely room - initially i was worried after reading the very bad google reviews! I was given a room that smelled of smoke despite not being a smoking room. I was staying for 5 nights so the staff kindly moved my room which didnt smell. Small and compact room, nice bathroom, loved the free PJs and lots of free toiletries avaliable. Fans avaliable for the room - I wouldn't recommend booking this in summer as the windows dont open there is only a small vent for fresh air. I think it could get extremely hot in summer.

The check in process didnt feel personal as you check in using a touchscreen

We chose to stay here because it had both the Airport Limousine Bus and a free shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort. Room was very spacious. It was nice having a Lawson right downstairs! Breakfast was absolutely awesome.

We booked a suite because of its washer/dryer. We didn’t know exactly how to use it because all buttons were in Japanese. We didn’t want to break it, so we asked for someone to come up and teach us how to use it, but that person didn’t know how to use it, either. We eventually figured it out, but it would have been nice to have either written translation, or someone who could assist in person. It would have been nice for the hotel’s page on Booking.com to add how the Disney shuttle is by reservation only and that reservations open up via the hotel website 60 days ahead of time and that there are only 3 times in the morning that it leaves and 3 times in the evening that it returns. We were under the assumption that you could just get on after you checked into the hotel.
