Receptionist staff are friendly, they do understand english. Room service cleaning does an excellent job. Room space is specious. The bed mattress is comfy. There's 4 laundry machines, and the tv will show you the availability status. TV casting, great feature. Luggage delivery service is available, they guide you on how to fill the form. Wifi signal is strong. Accessibility took the limousine bus from narita airport, route to Toyosu, and then taxi to the hotel.

Location might be a bit far from the subway, roughly 15mins walk. Though there are buses right in front of the hotel. The pillows are a bit too soft.

I loved the location. Away from the crowd but everything is close by. The metro (Kachidoki) station is only 10 minutes walk. The big mall is across the street. Tsukiji market is easy walking distance. Lots of small/good restaurants near by. Awesome staff, amenities bar at the lobby. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Short walk from metro station with good connection, and close to Teamlabs. In great weather also super nice to walk to Ginza.

We thought the breakfast was quite overpriced for what you get.

Beautiful, clean, room with a really comfortable mattress. Spacious bathroom. Our Universal Double room was just nice for 2 adults 1 toddler, 2 large luggages. 7-11 just two minutes away. There’s a mall opposite the hotel with lots of food options and a supermarket.

The 10 min walk to train station was fine, but lack of shelter when it rained. Just bring an umbrella :) Train station a little far away from popular destinations (a few transfers needed), but for the price we paid ($1300SGD for 7 nights) we considered this place a steal! Gym is very basic, can be improved.

property is well maintained and the staff are exceptional, they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with facilities, rooms are kept clean and breakfast options are plentiful. easy to access as it’s possible to reach via bus or underground followed by a short walk. also conveniently close to one of the team labs experiences and buses go straight to central station.

the only thing I think I would add is that in the gym there’s no bar for the plates and very minimal for any kind of weight training, but outside of that everything is good.

Very clean room and facilities. Good sized rooms with separate shower and toilet. The rooms are so well sound proofed I could not hear any other guests at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were so happy with our stay. The hotel is close to 7-11 and Lawson, and some nice cafe/restaurant with traditional Japanese food. Kochidoki train station is only a 10 minute walk - easy access to all of Tokyo. Bus stop right out front of hotel but we didn’t use. Walk straight down the main road for 25 minutes to get to Tsukiji market and Ginza, then walk 10-15 minutes further to get to Uniqlo flagship store. Also only 20 minute walk to TeamLab Planets (well worth a visit!) and Toyosu Market. A very nice area and a little more quiet than the central tourist spots.

Close to a few places we wanted to go but mostly about an hour from train station. It’s a short 10 min walk to train station or a minute out to the bus stop that you can take to the train stations you want to go to. There’s a mall across the street over the bridge, lots of food places inside the mall, drugstores, supermarkets so definitely lots of choices for food. Lots of local izakayas and local franchise food places and are very affordable. 7/11 Lawsons are also nearby. Other side of bridge has a moving walkway so less stress on walking. Beautiful views of the bay too. Rooms are tight, beds comfortable and bathrooms are roomy. I hated the smell of the toilet sometimes it smells like sewer. The breakfast was nice but same thing every day and we stayed over a week so it was getting really tiring after 3rd day that you have the same thing. They also assist you with luggage transfers which was nice. Laundry was a plus. Staff was friendly. Overall happy and would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Tokyo Cabin President Hotel! Our room was comfortable, and we loved how it was cleaned daily with fresh pajamas, slippers, and towels provided. The facilities were fantastic, including laundry services and unlimited guest freebies like tea and skincare products. The location is super convenient—close to bus stops, train stations, grocery stores, and convenience stores. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. If we return to Tokyo, we’ll definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to our friends!
