I have searched for a hotel with a swimming pool in Tokyo, within my budget (below 200 eur/n), it was not an easy task. I have selected La Vista, as they have also proposed typical japanese hot baths, onsen. It was exceptionnal to try this authentic experience. The comfort of the room and the view over the river was also very pleasant. The check in and check-out were quick and fluid (due to online check-in via forms).

I was surprised that the swimming pool and small gym were not included in the price of the room. I haven't tested other (paid) services : breakfast, swimming pool (2200 yen: person), gym (250 yen/15 mins), spa, shuttfle to airport (Haneda, 3 times per day 10:00, 13:55, 16:25, 1000 yen). The location is not central, but I enjoyed the calm. The aerial metro line next to hotel is disconnected from other lines and more expensive, but you can take a bus 05-2 to get to Ginza in 30 minutes.

The breakfast buffet was excellent - fresh sashimi to make your own kaisendon seafood bowl along with other Japanese, Asian, and Western food options. I always filled up in the mornings and could easily go the entire day without eating much else. I also appreciated the free services such as laundry (in the onsen changing room area), ice cream bars, and late night "yonakisoba" ramen.

I have large tattoos so I couldn't use the onsen. I was secretly hoping that maybe the onsen would clear out late night, but it always seemed to be busy. Instead, I used a free footbath at the neighboring Senkyaku Banrankai onsen building.

Great views from room and onsen. Free noodles at night. Free snacks. Free ice cream after onsen. Good location. Wheelchair provided. Helpful staff. 7-eleven and pharmacy within walking distance. Free washing machine (pay for dryer).

Had to pay for parking (though we were given free entry/exit until the day of check out)

This is a great hotel, very nice location just very close to subway. Note that check in is at 3pm & they do mean 3pm, no earlier. Room was very nice with everything you can want, breakfast was wonderful with so many things to pick from, typical Japanese breakfast. Spa was wonderful.

Breakfast has a wide variety of food to choose from. If you went in early you can get a seat over looking the water. There is also a laundry room that is included with your room and washing liquid come with it. They also have washing dryers. That you have to pay for but it was quite cheap. They also have 2 massage chairs you need to pay to use. Which wasn't that expensive. There is also 2 convenient stores right at your door step. That has everything you would need. Variety of food, drinks, machine to withdrawing money safely, medicine for colds or aches, a good selection of souvenirs and even toiletries for men and women. The room also has a mini fridge where you can place your drinks and some food as well. The staff at La Vista are great. Friendly and always willing to help.

Even though I chose for breakfast to be part of our package. We found out on arrival that it wasn't part of our stay. We found the cost for breakfast to be expensive. At breakfast when getting a drink we found the cup and glass size to be small.

We went to this location after canceling another booking which had really dirty rooms. The hotel is close to public transit and has very beautiful views. Right from the lobby, you can tell it is upper tier facility. Really enjoyed the free late night ramen.

Such a beautiful hotel with so many comforts! We loved the thoughtful touches like the little candies for kids and popsicles after soaking. Staff was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was out of this world! Heaps of sashimi, fresh pancakes, warm dishes, endless coffee. Heaven. The location was perfect for access to the Toyosu fish market. Amazing views from every window. I had a great morning jog across the bay bridges. The spa on the 14th floor is so peaceful and you can soak and look out over the beautiful Tokyo skyline.

Our check in took a little bit longer because the auto machine didn’t work for us.

An affordable hotel, especialy during hanami season. The room was spacious and confortable with a great view! The location is really nice, you are close to the yurikamome so all of odaiba and tokyo bay is close, and the rest of tokyo is at 30-50 minutes. The best point of this hotel is the bath: It is one of the best open air-bath I've seen in such hostel, the view is not hidden, you can both see the rainbow bridge and the tokyo tower. There is also a monthly bath with aromatic changed every month (we got yuzu and jasmin). There is also a cold bath :) As a minor inconvenience, the lobby room is noisy, but this is often the case with hostel of this standing and the trashy nouveau riche guest they cater to.

room is of a considerably good size for Japan. clean, new, with usb port for charging. onsen is generally crowded all-time, but clean and has outdoor bath too. breakfast has a good spread of fresh seafood. Toyosu area is bit more quiet and peaceful and great if you enjoy morning run around the area as there are many parks and connectors around. convenient with 7-11 right outside hotel door and a drug store next to it. generally will recommend.

female onsen entry requires a password to enter and the password changes everyday. need to call concierge to get the password to enter which is slightly inconvenient. laundry is kept within onsen area. hence, if wife went to wash the clothes, husband cannot help to collect, vice versa, which is less convenient.

An extremely relaxing hotel to enjoy great views, good foods, public bath and the surrounding environment. I like the aroma in the hotel, the sufficient space in room and especially the public bath with fantastic view of Tokyo Bay. The buffet breakfast is abundant and I like every dish. It is a pricy hotel but worth the money. Though it is not located in downtown Tokyo, the connection is very good within 30 minutes.

The hotel is generous in providing disposal items including plastic comb, plastic bag (in public bath) and plastic bowl for free late-evening ramen. When I look at the wastes collected by cleaning staffs, I hope the hotel does some control to be more environmentally sustainable.
