I have searched for a hotel with a swimming pool in Tokyo, within my budget (below 200 eur/n), it was not an easy task. I have selected La Vista, as they have also proposed typical japanese hot baths, onsen. It was exceptionnal to try this authentic experience. The comfort of the room and the view over the river was also very pleasant. The check in and check-out were quick and fluid (due to online check-in via forms).

I was surprised that the swimming pool and small gym were not included in the price of the room. I haven't tested other (paid) services : breakfast, swimming pool (2200 yen: person), gym (250 yen/15 mins), spa, shuttfle to airport (Haneda, 3 times per day 10:00, 13:55, 16:25, 1000 yen). The location is not central, but I enjoyed the calm. The aerial metro line next to hotel is disconnected from other lines and more expensive, but you can take a bus 05-2 to get to Ginza in 30 minutes.

The hotel is located near Toyosu Market, so the area is lively even early in the morning. The breakfast is unique and very delicious-it's easy to eat too much! The large public bath is on the 14th floor, and for men, there is a great view of the Rainbow Bridge. Except for the fact that it can be a bit inconvenient to get to the city center, everything else is excellent.

There weren’t any major downsides. However, I sometimes saw people wearing their hotel loungewear outside the hotel, which was a bit unfortunate.

The breakfast buffet was excellent - fresh sashimi to make your own kaisendon seafood bowl along with other Japanese, Asian, and Western food options. I always filled up in the mornings and could easily go the entire day without eating much else. I also appreciated the free services such as laundry (in the onsen changing room area), ice cream bars, and late night "yonakisoba" ramen.

I have large tattoos so I couldn't use the onsen. I was secretly hoping that maybe the onsen would clear out late night, but it always seemed to be busy. Instead, I used a free footbath at the neighboring Senkyaku Banrankai onsen building.

The reception staff do not speak English, so it is difficult to arrange anything.

Great views from room and onsen. Free noodles at night. Free snacks. Free ice cream after onsen. Good location. Wheelchair provided. Helpful staff. 7-eleven and pharmacy within walking distance. Free washing machine (pay for dryer).

This is a great hotel, very nice location just very close to subway. Note that check in is at 3pm & they do mean 3pm, no earlier. Room was very nice with everything you can want, breakfast was wonderful with so many things to pick from, typical Japanese breakfast. Spa was wonderful.

Breakfast has a wide variety of food to choose from. If you went in early you can get a seat over looking the water. There is also a laundry room that is included with your room and washing liquid come with it. They also have washing dryers. That you have to pay for but it was quite cheap. They also have 2 massage chairs you need to pay to use. Which wasn't that expensive. There is also 2 convenient stores right at your door step. That has everything you would need. Variety of food, drinks, machine to withdrawing money safely, medicine for colds or aches, a good selection of souvenirs and even toiletries for men and women. The room also has a mini fridge where you can place your drinks and some food as well. The staff at La Vista are great. Friendly and always willing to help.

Even though I chose for breakfast to be part of our package. We found out on arrival that it wasn't part of our stay. We found the cost for breakfast to be expensive. At breakfast when getting a drink we found the cup and glass size to be small.

Nice view, both in the day time and night time. Good location for driving travelers, it is just next to the main highway ramp. Within 5 minutes walk to the seafood wholesale market. Bicycles are available for rent outside the hotel, you may ride around the island and enjoy all the great views. Great Facilities, basically everything imaginable is here available for you, most of them are free, some with reasonable cost. Comfortable and Relaxing.

If you back to the hotel lately during weekends, the car park is very likely to be full. There is a discounted daily parking fee offered by the hotel, you may enroll it at the front desk. But it doesn't secure a vacant car park for you, even if you leave and return within the "daily parking" period.

We went to this location after canceling another booking which had really dirty rooms. The hotel is close to public transit and has very beautiful views. Right from the lobby, you can tell it is upper tier facility. Really enjoyed the free late night ramen.
