Spacious rooms, location close to destinations (KidZania, teamLab). Easy to catch taxis. Breakfast is fine.

Location inconvenient for transit; buses are the only practical option. Not many restaurants in the immediate area.

Rooms are bigger than other hotels I looked at. Area was nice and quaint, great to escape to after fighting the crowds in central Tokyo. We opted to get a twin room for extra space and bigger beds as a couple. Breakfast was always delicious and so much choice! They have two 7/11s nearby and a microwave to use with two vending machines on site. It was a great stay!

I didnt like only having one pillow and it was quite flat but thats just my personal preference as I usually have 3 minimum and they’re all usually quite firm. But I used my neck pillow for more comfort.

Pleasant area within walking/bus distance to TeamLab Planets. Staff were helpful in looking after our luggage after checkout. Room is generous in size with two aircon units to make it comfortable in Summer, and two sinks in the bathroom area. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet tremendously. Very comfortable for our family of four. All amenities provided were thoughtful and contributed to a lovely stay, eg bath salts.

There was quite a lot of noise from the floor below in the common areas - I am guessing it’s from corporate functions even pretty late at night (10pm). Water dispenser not on every floor - we had to go a floor up or down.

The hotel is located in a nice, upscale, and very green neighborhood, perfect for peaceful evening walks without crowds. Despite the quiet surroundings, there is easy access to restaurants, 7-Eleven, and other conveniences. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious, with all the amenities you would expect from a Japanese hotel, including samples of face wash, cream, lotion, and more. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, offering both traditional Japanese and Western options. .

The main downsides are the very old and/or dirty carpets throughout the hotel, which give off a dusty smell, and the poor noise insulation — you can clearly hear people passing by or in the neighboring rooms. Still, the hotel offers great value for the price, even with these drawbacks

I love everything about it. Every place I’ve stayed in Tokyo is horrendous except this place. This place is THE BEST hotel in Tokyo for an affordable price. The breakfast is amazing too!

I don’t like that they were booked up in the days I needed to stay again. So I have to go to the hotel across the street (more expensive and smells like cigarettes, filled with allergens) and stay there until the next opening date. I also do not like check out being at 10 am it should be later. Check in should be sooner than 3pm as well. But these aren’t abnormal times for the hotels in Japan.

The size of the room was amazing, spacious and comfortable. We were a 10 minute walk from a station so it was easy to navigate to. Close to convenient stores for easy access to snacks.

There weren't many facilities in the hotel. However there was a 7 eleven nearby and next to it was a place to wash your clothes so it wasn't the worst. Plus as it doubles as a conference hotel, there were many times I was in the small elevator for long periods of time as it would be stopping on every floor on the way down or up (I was on the top floor).

Great location, staff, cleanliness, room, and convenience of online booking.

Worst part was the pillow was too firm causing neck pain and headache. I noticed one side was more firm than the other and tried using the softer side, but it was still too large and firm. I would have been better with no pillow which is what I switched to. At a different hotel recently they left two pillows on each bed and let guests choose the one that worked better for them. One was very firm, the other was like a memory foam. I chose the latter and it worked well.

The location is great, although a bit farther from the city center. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities — especially the shampoo, shower gel, and lotion — are outstanding. We’ve stayed in several 5-star properties, but none compare to the quality of these products. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are wonderfully friendly. While their English is limited, they go out of their way to communicate using a translation device, ensuring you feel welcome and understood.

I liked the big window, also the beds were very comfy, they supply you with everything you need. Staff was very friendly and competent. Lighting and air circulation was very good in the room Aswell.

I didn’t really like the Location since you pretty much always had to leave Tokyo city before 23:30 to catch the last bus, also the area is very windy-ish and cold late (spring). The breakfast was alright, we didn’t pay extra for it but it lacked a lot.

Breakfast was great as nice mixed of japanese and western 👍! Hotel Location very good as it’s convenient to places of interest around Tokyo especially transportation mode by metro/ subway 👍

Check in Time being abit late @3pm …. even though u have available rooms ! Should be earlier 2pm and if room available… consideration be given to regular travelers ! Besides , check out time is really early at 10am 🤔..! in international standard normally 12 noon ! Improvement needed to expand hotel globalization SOP.
