Staff were really helpful and language was not a barrier as they used Google translate to better understand my questions. There were some misunderstandings, such as when I asked if we could have a drink whilst waiting for check in (receptionist thought I was asking for complimentary drinks) or when I asked if the complimentary nightshirt, which is exceptionally comfortable, is available for purchase as happens in the majority of hotels (receptionist thought I wanted to take the complimentary sleepwear). The only thing that did puzzle us was when we asked if we could buy a drink to take to our room. The restaurant manager really lost it with me and I have no idea why. The next night I tried to buy a bottle of the Japanese red wine we’d had with our meal on the first night. And that prompted an even stronger reaction. Wish I knew why? Food was outstandingly delicious and breakfast was amazing. We would thoroughly recommend the Trusty. But note, I booked the hotel because it was close to the International Cruise Terminal. However, the terminal we needed to get to was not the one we passed on the Subway and the one we needed in Yokohama was about 40km away and cost me £76 in a taxi. But hotel arranged the taxi and the taxi driver got us there quickly. Next time we visit Japan we will try to stay here again.

Well presented and well maintained, comfortable beds which is great as many other hotels in Japan have very hard beds, friendly staff (except one older gentleman but I think it’s because he couldn’t understand English) the rest of staff were super friendly and polite, the food at restaurant and breakfast was very nice, overall enjoyed our stay and will re-visit one day. Highly recommend

The room had strong smell of humidity / moisture

It’s beautiful, clean and big room, supplies are complete. Free water , the cleaner staff always make sure we have clean towels.

The walk is far from everything, have to take taxi to go to Odaiba, even convenient store is far. We had a problem with free breakfast which I booked included breakfast. I told them to call my room if they found out I have a free breakfast and It took them the next day early morning to have answers , (even I was showing the apps that it’s included free breakfast when I checked in). They slip a letter under my door, stating about I was correct and can have my free breakfast, good I saw it 7am when my son knocked on my door if I didnt saw the letter on my floor before 9:30 am I’ve lost the free breakfast.

We had a stay at the beginning of Japan trip and we went off travelling around the island for a few days prior to joining a cruise. The hotel kept our bags safe and they were waiting in our room when we got back. The bar/restaurant was inviting and welcome after a long few days, only down side was bar closed at 9 so a bit early if you wanted a social debrief with friends. We were able walk with our wheelie cases to the cruse terminal in about 15 mins.

It was really confortable, and is near to different stations and attractions in Odaiba, you can safely walk in all the zone and found several facilities to get breakfast, lunch, etc in the near zone among restaurants and shops (like 7 eleven and family mart). Room was good in size and they provide several things to make your stay excellent. Can also speak on English with no issues

Very good Japanese breakfast

The lack of basic English among the staff. Lots of problems when it came to understand questions about even basic issues. But this seams to be a general issue in Japan, only very few in shops, railway offices, restaurants understand and explain the simple questions about track, time etc. So you need these app translators where you type english and show Japanese and the other way around which several of the persons we met used.

Staff are friendly and location was convenient

They don’t have much alternative daily items, such as soya milk or oat milk. If you have food allergies/ intolerance you may want to contact to hotel first if they can provide you alternative options. They don’t have many staff who can speak English.

Being small the hotel felt very private and quiet. Checking in and out was very fast and efficient. The room was dated but comfortable. The bedding was just the way I like it..not too soft..not too hard. The hotel was very clean (sadly we got a smoking room as that is all they had. so our floor smelt of tobacco and air purifier) The breakfast was decent...nothing too fancy. The buffet was not extravagant but had hearty meals that could easily make you go without a heavy lunch.

The restaurant was too small. There were people waiting in line for al ong time to get in to the restaurant. So breakfast always felt rushed. The breads in the breakfast buffet were ice cold. So it took a while to heat them up as everyone was trying to do so using two small toaster ovens. The common area toilets were way too dark but was clean and smelled fresh.

The location is close to Daiba, where the gundam statue is, joypolis, mall, etc. We liked the friendly staff who tried to help us out with an upgrade. But unfortunately they could not provide us a room that was bigger. We did not find it a negative as it was our mistake in the first place and they really went into calculus mode to figure something out for us. And they did withing their limits. It was basically almost fully booked, so we had to change rooms 3 times. So if you have a problem and they can fix it, they would definitely help you out to solve it! Big thanks to the staff again! The place is very pretty and modern.

The only negative I can think of is that the location is not perfect when you want to travel to the other plaes like Shibuya, Asakusa, Akihabara, etc. It takes a long time.

All the staffs were super kind and professional. Great localization, about 7min by foot to tokyo big sight station. Great value parking. Shower was potent and great size of towels. Wanna sum that couple of days before my checkin, I asked them if it would be possible to them to lend me a hair iron, in case I needed it. When I arrived at my room, they already had left one hair iron for me there. It was thoughtful and kind of them.

Nothing in specific. I am pretty satisfied with everything.
