Perfect for a concert at Ariake Arena! I would definitely stay again. Very clean, quiet hotel close to the Arena, Ariake-tennis-no-mori station on the Yurikamome line, and Ariake Garden for shopping and dining. Easy to get to teamLab Planets, Disney, and Odaiba too. Staff was friendly, and free drinks in the afternoon were helpful. Felt safe there. Room size is standard for a Japanese hotel and fine for one person without a lot of luggage. Two people with big luggage would not be comfortable. There’s a free Haneda airport shuttle between Haneda Airport Garden and Ariake Garden; good option if your timing is right. Tip - if you take public transport from Haneda airport limo bus to Toyosu, the Yukikamome line is an elevated, above-ground line, so don’t go down into the subway station.

Location is not great for exploring the rest of Tokyo. I already knew this about the area, so it was not unexpected. This area of Tokyo is not recommended for first-time visitors with a heavy itinerary in the city. It’s easily 30-60 minutes to get to main parts of the city on public transport, so plan accordingly. (Tourists should avoid rush hour on public transport at all costs) Nice hotel if you’re not in a rush to get anywhere or are focused on that area.

First of all, thank you so much for the care and support during my stay. It was a very good facility in an excellent location; the WiFi and some complimentary transportation were particularly helpful, but it felt more expensive compared to many other good Star hotels. For me, I used it well and liked it because it is conveniently located near the Ariake Garden Mall, which is naturally impressive. And resources are very well provided; many of them offer high-quality products, such as shampoo, a variety of Japanese tea, coffee, toothpaste, brushes, comb and facial creams. I found very good, helpful, and honest people around the place, and the entire country. My recommendation is to maintain some international socket connections, such as the three-pin type. It will be beneficial for individuals who spend long periods in the lobby during check-in and check-out. There are always opportunities for both good and bad improvements. Check-in and checkout are very early; check-in can be as early as 2 pm, and checkout can be as late as 12 noon, which may be convenient for those who pay highly for such small room facilities. The room only has access to the bed and cannot be moved much from one place to another.

Great location especially if you want to have quieter train rides. Convenience store only 3 min walk to grab a quick treat or dinner before bed! I had no issues with the room, good size for coming and going and plenty of room for 2 suitcases if you move things around. Spacious bathroom and facilities were easy to use. I could leave my suitcase before check in and after which helped greatly with coming and going from airport! Ended up staying twice!!!

Nothing with the hotel more location, be conscious you will need to take two trains to get to major stations but otherwise was worth it for some quite train rides!

Location, the view, nice neighborhood, a three minutes walk to the mall and under ten minutes walk to the Lawson.

The room is compact but it’s ok. The step down to enter the bathroom and to step up to leave the bathroom was surprising and a major trip hazard. Maybe a bright strip of paint at the edge of the flooring will help spark an alert that the flooring is uneven. Looks like one had to commit to a purchase of breakfast before being able to look at the offerings. Not sure on this. The price was under $12 USD.

Where do I even start? Extremely clean place, has vending machines and microwaves on several floors for those who want to buy their own food (lawson and 7-11 and familymart are nearby) and breakfast and welcome drinks for those who don't. Room has pajamas and slippers and you can grab any extra toiletries (or coffee or tea) you need from reception any time. Wifi is good and there are american, european and usb sockets in the room aplenty, plus multijack cord. Staff is helpful and so so nice. Huge mall across the street with eateries and shops and puppies (I'm serious). TeamLab Planets and Science museum are couple of stops away, a 20-minutes ride to Shimbashi will then get you to any other sight in Tokyo

The room is a bit small for two people and doesn't have a wardrobe

Location was excellent. Close to 2 railways stations and a huge shopping mall with a supermarket. It is also in close proximity to 3 convenience stores. We had breakfast there the first morning but opted to eat elsewhere, given the price and what we actually ate. We also requested a late checkout due to a flight change and they accommodated us. There was a charge but it was well worth it. Fresh towels daily and we often felt like we were the only people staying.

Would not recommend for a family or for someone that needs space. The rooms are quite small to what a Westerner is accustomed to. With our luggage and purchases, there was little to no room to walk around the bed.

If you are driving, the hotel offers first come first serve car park for guests, JPY1500 per day with multi-entry. Make sure you clarify with the staff for the car park reserve, as it is a bit confusing when registering it through the automated kiosk. Recommend to get a staff with you to walk through the progress. The Hotel is near to the main highway entances, favourable to drive in and out to down town, or to other country side areas straight ahead. The Hotel is a bit crowded with foreigners (around 50% I guess), the rest of them are mainly local Japanese that are staying here for the exibition events hosted in the exbitions centres around this hotel. As it is relatively more foreigners, so more likely to have more queies, the staff on duty are just barely able to handle the guests at the front desk, and so be patient. The famous Mega Store Odaiba and the Seafood Market Toyosu is within 5 mins driving distance. Make sure to reach and experence these 2 places that are just that close by. In case you are on public transport, it is within 10 mins by the light rail transport.

We had to attend an exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight and the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the venue. Furthermore, the exhibition site is quite near the hotel, and we could easily walk to it. Provision of complimentary welcome drinks in the lobby area is a nice gesture.

Our stay was for 5 nights and during that duration the deep cleaning service wasn't effective. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Some variation in breakfast would be welcome. Had the same items on offer for 5 days straight.

Location was really nice across the street from Ariake Garden mall and subway station so it’s very convenient. The hotel is on the newer side so very clean and modern. The room was a bit small but very nice and super clean. Most of the staff at check in weren’t that good but at check out the crew was much better. Would definitely stay again because of the location and style.

Upon booking it states you may request early check in and/or late check out with a small fee upon availability. I put the request in when I booked the hotel yet when I inquired at check in and several times after they seem to frown upon it and kept telling us to ask again at a later time. I found this process not of good quality since we are guests we shouldn’t have to keep checking with them as if it’s a nuisance, rather they should follow-up with the initial requests as a guesture of good customer service.

The staff is incredibly helpful and the neighborhood was amazing! Easy walking distance to a mall/grocery store and some great attractions close by.

The room was very cramped. We didn't have room for our luggage or anywhere to store our clothes which I guess is common for Tokyo. The breakfast was overpriced and not to my liking. Even if it was free I wouldn't have a whole lot of western variety to choose from so I'd just go to the grocery store close by.
