Everything was top. Location was perfect, 7min walking distance from the ARIAKE subway and from KOKUSAI-TENJIJO Station also. Along the promenade from the hotel to the Statue of Liberty, there are a lot of shops (shopping malls (for ONITSUKA TIGER KILL BILL shoes ;-) ) , foodcorners and konbini). Not far away from the fish market and not far away from a car rental service also. Accomodations inside the hotel were also very much perfect. The room is a bit small for an european but for Japanese therms, it is normal (more like a Parisian room ;-) ). The hotel was quiet and peacefull because the complete Ariake area is less touristique and more bussiness or "school excursion" like. For me it was perfect: the whole day walking and having fun everywhere in absolutely crazy Tokyo, in the evening quit time in the bathtub in the room. Just perfect.

We were there for 1 night ourselves then for 3 nights with our tour group after that. Buffett Breakfast was excellent. Location was great with the train station just through the park from us & a good sized shopping center the other side of the train station. Just outside attached to the back of the building were several restaurants downstairs & upstairs. Secure lock up storage for your luggage when you check out until you leave. There was also a Family Mart Store across the road where you could purchase all types of food for meals.

The lighting in the room could have been better

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the exhibition center, which is a big plus for anyone attending events. There are two subway stations nearby, making transportation super convenient. There's also a McDonald's and a convenience store on the ground floor, which is great for a quick bite or grabbing essentials.

While the facilities are a bit dated, everything is clean and well-maintained. Overall, it's a solid choice for business travelers with good value for money.

The area has so much to do and is close to plenty of malls and large venues. The views are absolutely incredible. Area is quiet at night. Access to the Shuto Expressway (Isewangan Route) is nearby and will bring you all over central Tokyo. The room was spacious and modern. The staff is extremely friendly, polite, and speak English. There is plenty of parking in the underground garage for those with a rental or personal car. Make sure you present your parking ticket upon check-in.

You only get one pillow. Lots of banging every night. I assume this is from the plumbing when toilets are flushed , but it did cause me to lose sleep. The wall fixture kept flashing and needed to be replaced. I don't like their A/C unit as the air isn't cold.

Great experience overall, close to the attractions in Odaiba. Feels luxurious for a good price. They also have a shuttle service to Disney that you can reserve via the front desk (make sure to also ask them to reserve for the trip back to the hotel).

Replies via booking.com weren't timely, had to do my inquiries in the front desk when Im there. I think they encourage guests to use their website for stuff but dont feel inclined to as a foreigner.

Excellent location for the exhibition centre. Ideally situated for trains so getting around is very easy. There are plenty of restaurants to chose from within easy walking distance.

The beds are too hard. Battled to sleep. Also the hotel only has heating and no cooling system. The windows don't open and the rooms was often too warm and stuffy

If you are attending any event at Tokyo Big Sight, this hotel is basically directly across the street and about a 5 minute walk, hence very convenient.

The check-in is done essentially entirely by a computer terminal check-in process - they have about 4-5 of them that are actually set up IN FRONT of the hotel check-in counter itself, which makes it rather inconvenient to actually approach and talk to the staff at the counter. However, one of the staff came and helped me through the check-in process without me even having to ask, so that was very helpful.

We stayed here as we were going to a concert nearby the hotel. The views were amazing, just a short walk to Odaiba with its shopping centre and attraction. It was very well connected with public transport. We booked two rooms and they were both very clean and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. The staff was very helpful at every step and the hotel was peaceful and clean.

The location is superb and only a few minutes away from Tokyo Big Sight with restaurants, a convenience store and amenity vending machines within the hotel building which made buying everyday essentials incredibly easy. There is also an electric scooter/bicycle station close by to quickly go to nearby attractions like teamLab. Also, soundproofing was great so you're guaranteed a good night's sleep!

I found it difficult to figure out certain rules for the hotel like if I was able to put used towels outside the door or if it was something I had to make a request for. Staff were able to help us, but it would've been nice if there were separate instructions within the rooms for those who are staying for longer than one or two nights.

We stayed here in February after a disaster hotel in Akihabara and booked last minute, Managed a twin and double next to each other on a high floor. Not too much to do at night at this location which is perfect if you want a little peace and quiet away from the city which is only a 15 minute trip on the driverless train. Amenities were great just the double was a little small compared to the twin room which was huge. The double was the Japanese standard size so expected
