Great location close to Ginza line. (Good line) Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with great shower.

I have a small tattoo on my foot and due to this was not allowed in the spa or pool. I understand why but in this day and age….

In order to use the pool it is charged for each use. As well, it is 18yrs and older. I booked this hotel specifically for the use of the pool for my kids, but it did not mention that it as adults only. It was still a great hotel to stay in :)

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, with the spa team providing particularly outstanding service. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and designed for maximum comfort. The hotel itself offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.

I felt that having to pay for additional extras was disappointing, especially considering the premium price of staying even if just in a 'Classic' room. It would have been nice if more amenities were included to enhance the overall value of the experience.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with an incredible shower that stood out as a highlight. The onsen, sauna, and gym facilities were also excellent, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and fitness.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded expectations!

The location of the hotel is right by the Gaiemmae train station along the Ginza Line which made getting around Tokyo extremely convenient. It was also a pleasant walk to Omotesando, whilst exploring the many different shops along the way. The surrounding area also has decent food options and loads of combinis!

There wasn't much to dislike about the hotel to be honest. If anything, the decor for the hotel may come across to some as rather old-school - wood paneled desks and chairs, dark wood cabinet console that had wing panels, and no smart TV.

The hotel is less than a minute away from the subway station. The subway station itself, Gaiemmae Station, is one stop away from Omotesando and another stop away from Shibuya. Being able to get into the hustle and bustle of Shibuya, Ebisu, Harajuku and so on so quickly was amazing. The hotel is also next to three different convenient stores and plenty of delicious restaurants. I’ve made it a habit to go to the nearby City Bakery for breakfast nearly every day (a few minutes away), and also a nearby Blue Bottoe AOYAMA branch that’s 10 minutes away from me. All in all, I loved nearly everything – but the practical location is worth coming over and over again.

I loved that my room was on the same floor as the entrance, which meant I didn’t have to take an elevator to go to my room. The downside is that you can hear the street’s bustle and cars constantly, which is a bit of a problem at night. I slept every day with ear plugs.

Location, cleanliness, service

The pool mentioned in the booking was only available paying 40 usd per visit which is extortionate. Was not clear that this would be so expensive hence listing should be adjusted accordingly

Staff were helpful and welcoming, the location near a Metro station and near to some major sights / shopping streets was pleasing.Room was well equipped, very clean. The tempura restaurant downstairs was excellent.

The upstairs restaurant is somewhat old fashioned and lifeless. We went for a drink one night and were the only people there. Breakfast presented little selection and odd combinations/ offerings that we did not finish. Updating and livening up required. All staff were lovely.
