Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing... We stayed here in November of 2023 and there was a good breakfast buffet which was not available this time. Instead there was frozen food + raw rice you had to microwave and cook in the room. It was weird to get used to that... Also... The choice was erratic every day. Some items were not available even if you went early. If you're a fan of a good hotel breakfast, I would not recommend it unless you have no choice. We eventually got used to it but it left a bit of a "downer" on the whole experience.

We looooved how spacious it was in the premium twin room. Beds and views were so comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. We also had a lot of space for opening and packing our luggage. We also saved a lot of time on washing our clothes once we get back home considering how we had a washing machine all to ourselves in the room. There was a bottle of detergent free to use in the room, too! The area was lovely, too. A few steps away from a great cafe and very accessible to Omotesando and Harajuku if you're after shopping in these areas.

The only thing we wished we could change was the bathroom. I've seen other comments mention it and it's true it's quite dated. We always look forward to using the toilets in our hotels so this one was a little disappointing. Every time we opened the bathroom door we could smell some faint unpleasant smell, maybe it's the plumbing or that the bathroom is a little old. Fortunately all the fixtures in the bathroom was working well so we didn't have a problem using the facilities. We do hope you update the bathrooms.

Very close to Gaiemmae station G03. Ginza line is 2 stops from Shibuya G03. Very convenient. Clean. Helpful efficient staff. Change towels and bins daily at your request (put blue magnet request on front door as you leave in morning). Drinks machine at lobby. They can keep your luggage on your last day. Free coffee and teabags/toothbrushes/shavers/earbuds/cottonwool/hairbands at lobby area. Loved washing machine tumble drier in the room. You can load your dirty washing as you leave and return to it dry. Note: do not put sheets in as it won’t dry them, gets too hot. Do not overload the machine. Request them to change sheets if you need. It’s an extra cost if more than once a week. Family mart 2 mins away for water and snacks.

We had to get used to small spaces but was an experience to see how much one can fit into a small space.

We found one of the reception staff members a bit grumpy - at least for Japanese standards. But other than that, all was fine!

I had a six night stay in one of the residential rooms and it was an absolutely brilliant experience. The room had anything you might need: Washer+Dryer, Microwave, Kettle, Sink, Fridge, TV. The TV contained any information you may need about the hotel after a cute introduction video and could also easily be used to cast anything from your phone. The phone's wake-up call function was easy to setup and worked well. Another useful feature was the air filter / humidifier which prevents the dry mouth caused by using the AC overnight. The bed was plenty comfortable and on the first morning whilst still recovering from jet-lag I just didn't want to leave it! The bathroom was fantastic with a powerful shower and a massive bath tub which even I could fit into as a very large guy. Most importantly for foreign travellers: Anything you need has english descriptions or instructions on them so you do not have to worry about having to translate appliances.

I had no issue with this but as a warning to potential bookings: The room cleaning is a paid extra, they will replace your towels on your request for no cost. The nearest station was very close but only the Ginza line so the majority of journies required going down 2 stops to Shibuya then switching lines, it is still very well located though.

Great location for access to Ginza metro, Shibuya only mins away, or just a 22min walk. Fantastic views across Tokyo, I could see Skytree and Tokyo Tower from my room on the 19th floor. Rooms are unconventional compared to Western hotels. They are long but narro. The double bed, albeit very comfortable is against the wall, so a little inconvenient if a couple were staying there. The room is packed with facilities, washer/dryer machine, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, TV, utensils. Just word of warning, for stays of 6 nights of less, there isn't room cleaning unless you specifically ask for it. Room also has great aircon/heater and air purifier. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and wouldn't hesitate booking again.

The hotel had excellent free amenities including pyjamas, hairbrush, toothbrush, slippers etc. The room was clean, bedding was very comfortable and had everything you need, including a microwave, fridge and kettle. There was a free coffee machine in the lobby too. The location was ideal for walking to areas like Shibuya and Harajuku. But also there’s a metro station about 5 minute walk away that is very easy to navigate. It seems like a safe and quiet neighbourhood, almost peaceful compared to the chaos that Tokyo can be. The staff were lovely and friendly. They held our luggage before we checked in and after check out until we were ready to leave Tokyo.

The room was small, which can’t be helped in a city like Tokyo and it was very warm. We had the AC on whenever we were in the room but it needs the key card to operate so the room would be hot when we returned from the day out. All the be expected so not really a negative at all.

The location is wonderful, just a 4 minute walk to the subway (Gaienmaie) and just around the corner from the bus to Harajuku. Convenience store, grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks just around the corner. Great views from the room. Good wifi. Helpful to have a laundry machine in room. Easy check in and check out.

The room was very small, but as expected for Tokyo. Temperature control at night was difficult - since we stayed in summer, we needed the AC on while sleeping but since the room was so small, we were freezing (despite raising the temp and lowering the power). If we then turned off the AC, it then turned into a sauna.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our 15-day trip to Japan. It was the third hotel we visited, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was more spacious than most Tokyo hotels, exceptionally clean, and the shower was very comfortable. We truly appreciated the complimentary coffee at the entrance and the warm, welcoming staff. A special thank you to Lady Shin at the front desk for her kind assistance and for helping us arrange our return transportation. We highly recommend this hotel.

At times, the internet connection in our room was unstable, which can be quite critical—especially when traveling from abroad. We recommend confirming in advance whether the Wi-Fi works well in the specific room or on the floor you're staying on, as this may vary.

Great location, metro very short walk and we walked to Omote-sando and Shibuya. Many eateries close by and shopping is walking distance. Nice view from 20th floor. Comfy bed, good a/c. Clean and tidy. Didn't try their breakfast (but did have the best curry bread just down the road at Temma curry). Easy to get to from Narita using Ne'x to Shibuya then only ¥900 for a taxi to the hotel. When returning used Ginza metro line to Shibuya and a few steps you are at the airport train platform.

Basic room was big enough and perfectly good but as we stayed many days we should have paid the small amount extra for the larger room.
