We requested to be on the upper floor and was given a room on the 12th floor. Did not hear any noise from the street except for my partner’s snoring. The room was fairly new. Everything was close by, within 5-8 min walk.

We could smell cigarette smoke before entering our room. Not sure if someone was smoking in the hall or the smoke came from the basement smoking room. Thankfully we did not have that problem inside our room.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. My next apartment does not have any front desk so I cannot use the luggage service this hotel offers but they helped me contact the Japan post office to confirm how I can send my luggage in Osaka and pick it up from their office. The place is near lots of restaurants and shops, it’s a short walk to the Godzilla head and safe to even walk at night.

Great location away from the Main Street so actually quiet. Very friendly staff, excellent shower and air conditioning. Plenty of power outlets including USB ports for charging. Want to mention again location despite some other travellers saying its in the busy area so its noisy this is not the case. The hotel is in a small quiet section which is one block away from the main area so we had no issue with noise whatsoever. Highly recommend this hotel because of the location still quiet but close to main area and close to Shinjuku Train Station easy 10 minute walk with luggage. Also the hotel is brand new so its modern and clean!

Room was small but that's standard for Japan. Would have been nice if Fridge was left to the on position. Didnt realise it wasn't on until the next day so nothing was cole

Great location, right in the heart of Shinjuku. This hotel is in the middle of the bustling 'red light' district. We felt totally safe the entire time, and bars and restaurants were plentiful. Easy walk to Golden Gai. Probably not the ideal location if you're travelling with kids, but for couples or family of teenagers it'd be fine. Several train stations within 10min walk. Tons of family mart or 7/11 options within a few mins walk. Despite being a busy area, our room was completely silent and the blockout blinds were amazing at combating the 5am sunrise. The hotel rooms are spacious and modern, could not fault this hotel and didn't want to leave! Amenities- coin or IC card operated washer and dryer, onsite lounge with complementary drink, spacious lobby/waiting area. We were able to check in early (11.30am) as our room was ready and no extra charge for this.

I like the location of this hotel it was really convince. It was close to everything.

The room was too small, and the pillows was a little too stiff.

Brilliant location. Very close to where all the activities are, and a walking distance to Shinjuku station. Perfect for first timers in Tokyo! The room is comfortable, the beds and linen are great and the shower and bath are very good!! Great facilities all in all, and super helpful staff.

We were on the seventh floor in a room facing the hotel entrance, where just across the alley was a building with a piano. People played the piano every night (according to the sign there, it's allowed and encouraged). It was a real nuisance. Many times around 2-3 am there are drunk or loud people in the street. If you're like us and prefer fresh air to air-conditioning, try asking for a higher floor and a room facing the other side.

Very conveniently located (Shinjuku has a direct train to Narita airport), clean, kind staff, breakfast was amazing!

Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. Not a problem but we do prefer getting the room cleaned every day or every other day.

This hotel is an exceptional value for the location, price, and size of the room (in Japan). Staff was extremely polite and helpful. I recommend getting the breakfast included, as it is advertised at 2200 yen on site. Mostly a western style breakfast, there were scrambled eggs, bacon, and very nice sausages. There was fresh pineapple, orange, and grapefruit slices. I was able to make a nice yogurt bowl every morning, topped with granola. The coffee machine offers a variety of fresh ground coffee, cappuccino, and latte. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location was one of the best selling points. Right in the heart of Shinjuku, it is easy to access the trains to other parts of Tokyo. We were only about a 3 minute walk to the Godzilla head and only a few more to the 3D cat. Even pulling a large suitcase, I found it very easy to walk from the Shinjuku Train Station to the hotel. We would definitely choose this hotel on future Tokyo visits!

Everything was wonderful!

Great location and the room we booked was a decent size. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The ability to leave baggage at the hotel prior to check-in was really useful.

We loved the location, very close to lots of restaurants, lively nightlife and lots do to in the area. You get to experience the shinjuku nightlife, with walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and arcades, the Godzilla statue, and easily accessible to Shibuya and Harajuku by train. The staff were lovely and helpful, hotel room was clean and cozy. Small but equipped with a nice bathroom and shower that comes with a separate bath tub. It was great that we were able to store our luggage there for the day of check out as well.

If we has to say something we didn’t like it was just the size of the room, but for the price and location we are very happy!
