Beautiful new rooms, the hotel is very trendy and modern, with beautiful views of Tokyo. Location is also ok, close to Ginza.
Lack of amenities for a 5 star hotel - no spa, no sauna, laundry service says it has an express option but when you try to order it - they say it’s not available. Most surprising thing is that they have no vegan milk options - for a 5 star hotel in the 21st century this is really disappointing, as I am allergic to regular milk. Service is ok but lacks the level of a 5 star hotel - I felt like I don’t exist and my complaints or requests weren’t heard and as if no one really cares. Staff mostly doesn’t speak english. Mandarin Oriental was the same price, and I stayed there a week after - incomparable experience to Mesm. Mandarin was a true 5 star hotel - exceptional service and level

Everything was good The place was beautiful and the staff were excellent in dealing and respectful. The room and the place were beautiful like heaven. The facility is new and very well decorated in a modern luxurious way and worth every penny. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. The room is spacious and each room features a wonderful view. Hotel location is 5 minutes taxi drive to and from Ginza and 5 minutes also to Tokyo Station. Below the hotel a small mall that features several restaurants and cafes over looks the bay which is wonderful and convenient. Would definitely come again as it is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in ever.
The in room dining menu is very limited. Tried it once and never again. Taste score 2.5/5, definitely needs a reconsideration.

Love the hotel itself,, very check and elegant and very clean I was excited about the view but I got the bay view instead of the skyline I booked the hotel for Called the reception but no response

the cleanliness, the staff and how they were cooperative
the breakfast buffet was stated to end at 11 but apparently it ends at 10 and the last order is at 10.30 and you have to leave the buffet area by 11 which was not stated and I lost my breakfast for the first day.

Stunning views of Tokyo welcome you to this place. It’s well located and the rooms have a lovely layout.
We loved everything about it, pricing across stay, menus and bar is on the high end, something to consider.
