Excellent location, relaxing vibe, helpful service, welcoming staff, super clean facilities, full range of supplies provided, free bar from 6-10 pm and hot spring, what else can a customer complain? Also the price is relatively reasonable. Anyone who dislikes this hotel should put the blame on their financial status and remember to book Ritz next time. If ten points is the highest, this hotel should be ranked twelve out of ten

I had a great time at Super hotel premier Akihabara. Everything was fine but there is one unpleasant experience I would like to complain. Before the day I checked out, I already went to the front desk to extend check out time for two hours, and paid the charge. Yet next day morning, the cleaning staff didn’t even know this and tried to break the door because he thought I hadn’t checked out and stayed in late. I told him the situation and he quickly apologized. I wouldn’t put the blame on him, instead, this is the front desk’s duty(which was the lady I contacted)’s responsibility and mistake. She must have forgotten to tell the cleaning staff and therefore caused the misunderstanding. Everything was perfect, but this incident really was unpleasant and unexpected.

The onsen was great. And we loved how personalised your sleep can be with the pillow selections to pajamas and it was nice that you have a lot of independence in staying at the hotel. They have all sorts of amenities available, vending machines, money exchange machine, they have a bunch of recommended places. So you're definitely spoilt for choice. Regardless of whether or not you want your room to be cleaned, they will always provide new towels and a bottle of water. The welcome drinks / open bar they have from 6pm-10pm in the evenings are a super nice touch. It's been a great way to relax after a long day and the balcony is super nice at night.

The lifts are always super busy since there's only one in the building and the stairs were not clear if it was available for use. So if you're in a rush to get places, give yourself ample time to get to the ground floor. The amenities get locked up at night so if you arrive after a long day it will not always be available to you. The room is very snug so if you have a lot of luggages, at most you can open small luggages comfortably. Large ones are super hard to access. So you'll need to be smart about where you keep your everyday things.

Location was good as entrance to Iwamotocho subway station (Shinjuku line) and Akihabara subway station (Hibiya line) was close and Akihabara JR train station was also a short walk away. Breakfast was nice and dishes varied enough from day to day. Evening welcome drink bar was nice addition even though I did not have time for it everyday. I was very happy with how well the blackout blinds blocked the sunlight from the room as I have trouble sleeping well if the room is bright too early.

Check out time at 10 o’clock feels too early for me.

The hotel was one of the best choices of our trip. Location really close to metro station, combinis and the center of akiba. The onsen was a pleasant surprise and a excelent chance to get to know a little more of japanese culture. Staff always very gentle and up to help us by any time. We didnt choose the “breakfast include” option, but end up having breakfast there almost every single day. Must say that was the fairest breakfast we had. If im right, it was around 2000yen. Not much options, but enough to start our day and every thing was made with excellence. You could try ocidental food and oriental breakfast as well. Later on our trip we stayed on other hotels with more expensive breakfast and less options. Would deffo recommend this hotel and the breakfast!

Rooms are a little small, but considering japanese hotels, its just the regular size.

I'm writing this from the perspective of a neurodivergent individual (with autism) that is sensitive to noise and heat. I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. I generally liked the room and hotel. It was comfortable enough and I was able to control the heat effectively (air conditioning worked in winter Etc.). The room is pretty Spartan but has everything you need. Was sometimes noisy from traffic outside like sirens Etc.,, but generally pretty good and not much from hallways Etc. Internet was good, very fast and stable. Location was probably neutral. A bit out of the way but easy enough to walk to Akihabara and other shops. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Good general English.

The price was a bit high compared to other business hotels, but hotel itself was still quite basic and small. One elevator for entire property was annoying at times. Had to wait a few minutes to get up or down. The rooms are small which is to be expected, but I found bathroom very cramped. Hard to move around in and access everything.

Hotel is located in Akihabara, very close to few subway/metro lines. Very clean bedroom and bathroom with everyday available room service. Every day you are can take 5 amneties per person at the reception (razor, toothbrush, face masks etc.). From 6-10 pm at the loung there is happy hour and you can drink from their bar for free (vodka, sake, etc.). Nice small onsen is also free.

Only one elevator in the whole hotel. We were located on the 8th floor so almost everytime we used the elevator, we stoped at least 4 times. Breakfast is so-so. raw eggs are big no from me. No fruit except fruit compote. Only 4 clothes hanger in the room, no available storage/wardrobe, but that's normal for Japan I suppose.

The small but natural hot spring (right in Akihabara!) was a treat and the drink services in the evening. Had the breakfast once and it was very good. Tasty options. Lots of organic stuff. Generally one of my favourite hotel chains to stay while in Japan.

Considering the hotel has a strong SDG policy, the heated seats couldn't be turned off. This made the room warm and had to use the AC to cool it down. We also asked not to be provided daily towels but it was still provided with toothbrushes. It was not easy to tell what was combustible garbage or recycle, a bit of instructions would help guests to properly throw things out.

Very clean all round. Warm welcome for these jetlagged Japan newbies and kind, helpful staff. Good quiet location on a side street moments from Akihabara station and several others for connections to different areas. Akihabara electric town a short stroll away. Lots of free toiletries. Choice of pillow softness if you can’t stomach the traditional hard ones. Pleasant social area with free evening drinks, overlooking the river. Good value for money overall.

Room as miniature as you’d expect for Tokyo. The bathroom is especially tight if you’re tall. No view or window which can feel a little claustrophobic after a few days. You can wait a while for the lift, but there are also stairs. Only a Daily konbini close by - 7/11 is by the station for your morning egg sando fix

We stayed in SuperHotel Premier Akihabara for a total of 7 nights divided into two separate stretches, and we loved almost everything about it. Very easy walk to Akihabara train station (use the Showa-Dori exit), location on the Kanda "river" (canal, really), the amazingly helpful, respectful and hard-working staff, the free access to the hotel's ofuro (public bath) nearly 24/7, the comfortable beds, the free selection of your favorite pillows, the "happy hour" of 6-10 pm with free drinks and snacks, the hotel emphasis on sustainability and wellness. Special kudos to the breakfast buffet, for 1300 yen (about 9$), which we took advantage of every morning. They had a variety of both western and Japanese-style dishes, they had great home-baked olive bread with a real crust (very rare in Japan), and were often the only meal during the day when we could find fresh green salad (also very rare in Japan). And don't forget the two cute puppies, Moe and Chico!

What prevents me from rating this hotel as 10 is the small size of the room. While we (two adults) managed for 7 days and nights, it was pretty cramped. This size may be typical of Tokyo hotels of this level, however. I also have an important suggestion for improvements aimed at the hotel management: Please, PLEASE put felt or rubber pads on the feet of the wooden chairs in the dining room. The chairs make an AWFUL noise every time a guest (or cleaning staff) moves a chair; I can still hear this soul-wrenching screeching sound in my mind's ear (shudder). It is a seemingly minor point which will make a huge improvement in the overall guest experience.

Our stay at Super Hotel Premier Akihabara was excellent. The staff here were so lovely and helpful. There was an onsen on level 2 (men) and level 3 (women’s, protected by code) which was such a good end to the day. The room itself was small (as you would expect for Japan) but had everything you need. There were also lots of toiletries and skincare at reception you could pick up yourself which was great. My favourite thing about this hotel though was the location - an easy 5 minute walk from Akihabara station made it so easy to explore Tokyo. Loved everything about this stay, couldn’t recommend it more!

Not 24 hr check in. Our flight was delayed which meant we arrived at 12AM (when check in closed) so we had to stay overnight at the airport and basicallly forfeit a night at our hotel.
