Good value comfortable rooms that are not too small considering it is Tokyo. Convenient location 4 min. walk to Shiomi metro line (that is a few stops from Tokyo station) and convenience stores (where you can get the usual excellent cheap food), nice onsen in the basement, easy check in and out.

We have booked a room for 4 people. After setting up 4 beds, we could still have some space for our suitcases. There are enough seats in the lobby so we could sit down and wait for check in. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. It is safe to walk back to the hotel at night, although the hotel is not far from the station. There are a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby serving local cuisine.

The location is far from main shopping areas or sightseeing areas. We took the JR Keiyo line from Shiomi to Tokyo and changed to other JR lines but there was a long walk. This is not convenient for elderly people.

The hotel was fantastic! The rooms were well-appointed, beautiful, and impeccably clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided on-site, including toiletries, towels, and even pajamas. Additionally, the lobby offered extra amenities such as cosmetics, hair ties, and other small essentials, and there were vending machines with drinks in the hallway. The breakfasts were delicious, and importantly, the number of seats in the restaurant was well-matched to the number of guests, so we never had to wait in line for breakfast. For smokers, it's worth noting that the hotel has a designated smoking area, divided into sections for cigarette smokers and e-cigarette users, though unfortunately, some guests don't always respect this separation.

Wonderful place, great location, super convenient to the train station and with a Family Mart right there. Couldn't ask for better! And the sento is AMAZING.

Would love a "please keep voices down" sign in the sento, as some people can get really loud. Also, I'm sure the laundry facilities are great, but do not count on doing laundry here- we tried 3 times and it was a long wait each time! There are only 4 machines for the entire hotel, so it's not a big surprise. If you really need laundry, consider having the hotel staff do it (there are instructions in the room). Would probably be the only way it would get done!

The interior design of the hotel was impressive and rooms are very spacious and comfortable compared to the usual Japanese standards. It was a luxurious stay for a reasonable price. Located only 2 minutes walk from the Shiomi station, Tokyo Station is three stops away on the Keiyo Line. Great stay if your trip involves travelling out of Tokyo. Also, the supermarket nearby is very convenient for stocking up on fruits and snacks. There is an on site Family Mart as well. The facilities of the hotel is clean, modern and new. There is a public onsen which is great for relaxing soak after a long day out. And a small gym and laundry room is also available. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the room, and we like that the shower, basin and toilets are separate. Breakfast buffet is available for around 3300yen but we did not try it.

The location. There are no shops other than a supermarket and a few izakaya/noodle shops in the vicinity. It is a bit far from the main sights of Tokyo with most destinations requiring several changes of train lines from Shiomi Station. It's not a problem for people who don't mind walking a lot and is familiar with the train system, or choose to travel by taxi/private cars. Travelling by train to the hotel from Haneda Airport is complicated with some connecting stations involving stairs as there were no elevators or escalators. As we were leaving Tokyo on an early flight there were also limited trains early in the morning. Fortunately, we could ask the hotel to book a taxi to Haneda Airport which cost about 8000yen.

We loved this hotel! It’s one of the best we have ever stayed in. The food was fantastic! The staff were amazing! The facilities were second to none!

We didn’t like our room unfortunately. For 3 adults it was not as big as we thought it would we and we felt really cramped. The third bed was a converted lounge and that in itself was disappointing. There were no chairs in the room so you had to sit on your bed. The window was tiny as well! The room for the price we paid for the week was disappointing. We really should have booked 2 rooms to ensure we were comfortable for the week.

Easy to reach from Haneda Airport and close to Shiomi station to travel around.

Staff not really helpful when I ask to book us Taxi that is bigger to be able to fit our luggage, instead asking us to book ourselves. They should be able to help on this matter.

This was our favorite stay in Tokyo! Such an amazing and beautiful hotel. The facilities were incredible and the staff were so kind and helpful. Having a family mart attached to the hotel was LIFE changing, especially with a small kid. The location was incredible. 10 minute train to Disney and very easy to get to other areas of Tokyo.

Family of 5, we loved our stay here. Room was spacious, tidy, very modern and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great facilities, the laundry room had vacuum pack service 300yen, shrinks your clothes good for packing. 24hour restaurant Nikau across the road, cost around $35 NZD to feed our family of 5 (5main meals, drinks and dessert), avoid the restaurant across from it as it was over priced and meals were not that great, it cost us $82 NZD for 6 shared small platters such a disappointment. Loved the Onsen, my daughter had tattoos and was ok to go in.

The size of the room was much beyond the typical room sizes in Japan. The staff was helpful and attentive. The hotel looks and feels like brand new, with all the needed amenities.

The location is somewhat off the beaten track in terms of the main sights in Tokyo. However, the JR station is just around the corner, so getting back to Tokyo downtown is not a big issue. However, one must remember that if one wants to come back to the hotel past 11pm, the taxi will most certain will be be must.
