Breakfast and restaurant staff good , also I liked that if you brought food in from outside that they happy to reheat for you if you wanted to eat it later or store it in their fridge for later.

Beds were 2 singles side by side rather than a single double Mattress so was uncomfortable if you rolled over in your sleep and woke up sleeping on the hard wooded bit in the middle.

The thing which we liked about the hotel was their reception staff. Hotel manager Noor was also very helpful. The whole staff was there on the desk was very very helpful and cooperative. This was the only positive I could say about that hotel. They tried helping us every time we asked them. Our sincere thanks to the front desk of the hotel.

There were very few lights in the room. It looked dark all the time. At breakfast they were rigid. At times if something was finished they just denied refilling. Very very specific about the timings. We just didn't like that aspect of the hotel. The room was booked for two but they never provided two towels in the rooms. Every time we have to ask them for the same. At times tooth brushes were not present in the room. Blankets for two small for two people. There was no electric kettle despite the fact that it is such a cold country. No warm water available at our floor. Even the sachets of coffee were not there in the room. I mean how can such hotels serve international clients. Pathetic is the word that comes to my mind about that hotel.

Location is one of the best, very convenient. Variety service including with free luggage storage service. Nice, friendly and helpful hotel staff. Very good value of money.

Breakfast should be more variety, more international food or Asian food for people. I'm not familiar with the food taste. It would be perfect if the hotel breakfast can provide easy Chinese or japanese or Thai food. But it's minor problem.

Good location, very helpful staff, some of them good with English so helps! Decent breakfast, cleam rooms, proper bathroom sanitation, hotel location near to metro, restaurants etc

Breakfast options and arrangements can be scaled up a bit. One thing about the curtains. It will be nice if curtains can be as wide as the windows. The daylight started at 4.30 am and could have slept better if curtains would have been appropriate

Location of the property was good.

First time there was a power cut in the Hotel. When we asked Hotel said it was in the whole area. I know it’s not their fault but they should some kind of back up for power cut. They should more options in vegetarian in their breakfast as more Indian travelers are traveling to Kazakhstan.

The breakfast was good quality, and the variety was great. I enjoyed eating the chicken sausage and eggs the most. I like that the silverware is individually wrapped for sanitary purposes. Lastly, the dining tables have a lot of room and are well maintained.

There is not enough food or juice to accommodate the overwhelming amount of people that stay at this hotel. If you arrive to breakfast more than 30 minutes after breakfast opens, you may find that there may not be enough food left. You have to arrive to breakfast early.

The hotel's location was very convenient since it was close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and bus/train stops. We enjoyed the breakfast and hotel staff were nice too.

Great location very near to Almaty station ., Friendly and polite staff Very helpful ., Amazing Breakfast and great restaurant . In sha Allah will definitely visit again .

Nothing specific

The location is perfect. Everything you need is in 300 m range. Their breakfast is good, the staff were speaking English and were helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage for few hours after checking out which was extended as well.

We asked to clean our room before the day we leave but the towels were only changed. I didn't complain and I think they would take it in consideration.

Comfortable, Clean Hotel. I was travelling with my mother and we were satisfied. Hotel located near the main historical places of Samarkand , so it made save our road time to reach those places and visit them during 1 day. Very good and helpful personal , especially Samandar. I'm planning to stay there one more time. Thank you.

Wifi in the room wasn't working properly. Beside this I don't have any other complaints.
