We had booked 3 rooms for 6 nights at this property and i dont think we could have had it any better. The rooms were massive, bathroom was massive. All basic kitchen facilities were available. All our rooms were right beside each other, went in the winter and the heaters were working perfectly (eventually had to open windows it was so warm!). We really liked the location too - 5-10 minutes drive to many super restaurants, walking distance from a super market. We didnt do any sight seeing though. The spa was really great, we enjoyed it each evening. The staff were courteous and very willing to help!

Being a vegetarian the breakfast options were extremely limited - Grilled vegetables on 2 of the 6 days we were there. Rest of the days it was only bread/milk/cereal/ some fruits/ nuts, I did expect it though so carried my own snacks but i do hope to stay here again and hopefully we can have more options!

The Renion Residence Hotel is an excellent choice for families seeking the comforts of a home within a hotel setting. The rooms come equipped with a mini kitchen and all necessary utensils for preparing lunch or dinner. Spacious, neat, and clean, the rooms provide a pleasant stay. The hotel staff and front office executives are exceptionally polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast is delightful and varied, with two to three main dishes changed daily, thanks to the chef's expertise. Guests with south-facing rooms can enjoy views of the snowy mountains. Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience.

The room is spacious and very clean! Location is perfect—within walking distance to major tourist spots and local restaurants. Ideal for a family stay in a quiet area by night time. Facilities: No comment. Did not check or used.

Limited breakfast, and items weren’t replenished for late diners as the F&B staff didn’t check regularly. Some of the towels were worn. Learned about the free tourist SIM card at check-in. Informing guests in advance would help avoid airport purchases.

The staff was very helpful. The guy in the lobby helped us to take our luggage from the taxi and then register and take us to our room. We were with kids, and they tried to help us with everything. When I approached them for the teapot, they immediately sent it to our room. The guy in the registration helped to order the taxi. The breakfast was rich with various fruits and food.

The only thing I would ask them to pay attention to is the temperature in the room. It was a little cold for us. I tried to turn on the heater because we had a baby and it was raining the whole night, but it didn't work. I was too lazy to approach the reception at night.

The hotel maintains good cleanliness standards, offering complimentary slippers and essential toiletries. Room cleaning is prompt upon request, indicated by the 'make up your room' sign, and fresh slippers are provided with each cleaning. If you have early tours and miss breakfast, simply inform the reception, and they will prepare a packed lunch for you. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, rating it 9/10. Please note that the toilet does not have a bidet, and there is no AC, which could be uncomfortable in summer, so it's advisable to check before booking. Additionally, late check-out is possible until 13:30. Regarding the pillows, they are thin, and it would be appreciated if more were provided. Wifi is the best!

The property was really good. They contacted me over WhatsApp and make sure our late night. Check-in was smooth and easy. A special thank you to Mr.Sabit, the administrator.

The property was exactly in the middle of the city. Getting access and moving to different places was very easy and moreover, the rooms were very spacious. Very neat and hygienic and the staff was very helpful. Especially Mr Sabith, who has help us with the itinerary and also been very helpful with the insight of the city.

A spacious flat-like room, clean and with a full set of toiletries, a comfy bed, quiet area, 16 km from the airport. There is a number of shops round the corner and a large park for a stroll. Staff is polite and helpful.

Breakfast is hot, but could be more variable, as becomes a bit boring if you stay for a week. Some wear-and-tear in the internal decoration.

Room was perfect. Breakfast was generally OK. Good choice of variety (great to have pancake one morning). Spa area was OK and enjoyable experience. Two pools is cool.

Not much say to be honest, apart from availability of certain food could be better (e.g. eggs and sausages ran out very fast). Need better refilling process. Spa area was lacking towels though.

This is a very good hotel apartment for family. Close to hypermarket (MAGNUM) and many establishment. Staff are helpful and english speaking. Polite and easy to deal with. Near to the center. BREAKFAST AT 7am

They dont have a big lobby where guests can relax while waiting for check in. But they have restaurant next to reception instead.

Had a lovely stay at the renion residence travelled from the UK for a 5 day stay in almaty....hotel is clean tidy and very comfortable and having a room with an fully equipped kitchen was perfect with having a one year old.... the best thing about our stay was the staff they were amazing they were so attentive and helpful nothing was to much trouble for them never experienced service like it it was first class....
