The room is spacious and the staff were really nice. They let us keep our bags a day early as we were going to the mountains. Unfortunately there was a blackout for an hour but they were really helpful and responsive. The ladies at the reception are very friendly. The breakfast was good and its fascinating that it was a woman run establishment.

The location is on the outskirts so it's 20 mins from the centre but it was peaceful so that was nice.

Great hotel about 13 kms from the Airport. The staff despite their limited English language proficiency, make an effort to go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Special mention for Galena, the front desk executive, who paid our driver when we reached the hotel from the Airport, as the driver did not have change for the 20,000 Tenge note that we had. The breakfast spread is decent with some options for vegetarians as well. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and comfy for 1 person. I returned almaty and rebooked ar same place. For the price, this stay was an absolute steal. It was in a quiet neighborhood and i love the calm. Oh and the solid wifi is a definute plus point. Did i mention there's free sauna pool here?

Some might say the location is far but everywhere in Almaty is accessible by bus and/or Yandex.

I needed a hotel close to the airport and the airport highway. This hotel is a 20 minute ride to the airport. The room was small but comfortable. It had all amenities I needed including a desk, a hair dryer, a nice shower, plenty of towels, a comfortable bed, etc. The hotel staff was very accommodating. They kept my luggage for free for a few days before my check in, which is a great alternative to the the airport storage. To my knowledge, there are no attractions nearby, but there are restaurants and grocery stores within a walking distance to the property. All in all, it was a great value for the money.

The room was good and clean. They provide us transfer from the hotel to the airport.

The hotel management should disclose the information for additional payment for additional guests in the website and booking apps. The location is far from the city but it is still ok because we can use taxi to the city centee.

It was very homey and a bunch of choices for breakfast .And the receptionist though they don't speak English yet very helpful.I ask them to arrange a taxi for me from the airport to the hotel.Most of all affordable and clean.

I arrived at 03.00am and the receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast was buffet and the choice was excellent. I asked for them to arrange a taxi for the airport and again it was no problem. I would certainly stay there again.

It was clean and staffs are friendly especially the chef at the hotel restaurant

Not walking distance from the city but if you learn the bus routes it will be easy and affordable than taking a taxi everytime you go out.
