Staff was wonderful, breakfast had a lot of options and room was well equipped. Would recommend.

The swimming pool could use better filtration system as the water was not very clean.

Staff at reception very helpful, hotel offered free shuttle to airport. We had a midnight flight and the hotel offered use of pool and hotel facilities free of charge, which makes our last day in Almaty much more comfortable. Kudos to the hotel and it's staff.

Housekeeping service has lots of room for improvements. There were towels missing and bottled water forgotten. Bathrobe for the swimming pool was missing one despite of reminders. The swimming pool was nice, but because of hot days and that it's open to the public for a fee it can get noisy and crowded.

Room was clean and comfortable. TV and Wifi both worked well. Bathroom was clean and hot water worked no problem. A variety of options provided at the breakfast buffet. Nice views over the pool and outdoor areas. Staff were friendly and helpful, adjusted out check-in time due to delayed flight. Located in suburban region, 20-25 mins from the airport, near to bazaar and main road, good transport links, about 30 mins into city centre by car. Overall, good value for Almaty.

The double bed was comfortable but small. A group's dinner the night before was still on the table in the morning, it had not been cleared away for breakfast. The road outside was being dug up - not the hotel's fault and it didn't affect ourselves much, but could do others.

We liked that the staff was friendly and especially Maya in the spa area was very kind and welcoming. Big thanks

The windows in our room #2 do not close properly for save ventilation - anybody could open them from outside at night. Also we booked the hotel due to the advertised policy of free airport transport but it is not true - you have to pay for both directions- misleading information on booking

You get what you pay for, you booked a budget hotel, don’t go there with too many expectations. The reception staff are polite. It didn’t meet our expectations but that’s our mistake for booking a cheap hotel.

Not sure why the pool usage is charged additional for resident guests. The breakfast is adequate if the items remained available but there is a problem with refilling the buffet. Weekend breakfast timings are from 8am to 11am but at 10am itself they stop refilling and you are expected to serve the leftovers. The waiters said the kitchen is not preparing more food, a complaint at reception also didn’t help as the breakfast remained empty. The location is in some suburbs residential area, nothing around except local stores.

Value for money: The receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful, and the first impression of the hotel was lovely. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was clean, stylish, and roomy, with excellent service. Breakfast was good for this cost, and the hotel had a big swimming pool. The location is a few kilometres away from the heart of Almaty city, but 24-hour restaurants and other shops are within walking distance. Overall, it is exceptional value for money and highly recommended!!

TV with WiFi, fridge + freezer, good-looking hotel, kind and helpful staff, AC (absolutely needed), good and healthy breakfast options.

Would have been nice with some smaller lights around the bed. Also, maybe 1 or 2 small chairs. More shelf space for storing things like clothes and accessories would've been great.

The staff were polite and helpful.

The bedside table fell off the wall and could not be repaired. There was a kettle but, no mugs, tea bags etc. The bedside light needed repair....no pull cord. It was difficult to stop the WC cistern filling. I was booked for free use of the pool but was told that is a mistake with Booking.com and we had to pay extra.

Labelling of dishes eg type of a meat was it beef. Might help english speaking guests as the help in the dining area don't speak english Repair work preventing access of vehicles inside the property - till it is cleared can offer help to old people with luggage to climb up to the reception as well
