I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, with close proximity to a mall, the railway station, and the bus stop, making it very convenient for travelers. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and exceptional service!

For the price you pay for, it’s a very good value hotel. Rooms are quite comfortable, you have a free parking inside and it’s very close to the railway station as you can tell with the hotel name. It’s also very close to a huge shopping mall with huge foodcourt.

Location is very near Almaty Station 1 where the train goes within kazakhstan. Though location a bit away from the city but city buses terminal just outside Almaty Train Station 1. The city buses route available at the terminal or at any bus stop easy for you to interchange for the next route. Restuarants or cafes plenty within 5 mins walk to the Train Station 1. We requested breakfast to add to our room but breakfast serve only in room. Simple breakfast egg, sausage and plain bread & coffee for 2000T

Breakfast serve in room only but I decided to have my breakfast at the tiny reception lounge. Wanted to use the sauna but not for individual use or else rent the whole hall. Breakfast is simple of coffee, egg, sausage and plain bread & no butter but for 3 days of the same I decided bought myself yogurt to eat with my bread for the other 2 days

Quite a cheap place compared to many others, clean, cannot be closer to the railway station, very good WiFi, beds with personal light and outlet, curtain.and closet for each bed.

No room to stay outside the dorm so it can be a problem if you have to make phone calls late or very early. Also they told me they didn't have change so could not give me back the difference between the price and what I paid... Strange. The card payment didn't function with my credit card so come with the exact amount just in case.

It's very rough and ready but also very cheap and ideal for a stay near the airport and train station. The staff don't speak a word of English and can appear a bit rude at times. The cheap dormitory is in an annex at the rear of the hotel and the staff just give you a couple of sheets and a towel and point you towards the stairs 🤣 The beds are comfortable for the price and the shower and toilet are clean enough . Just remember it's only 5usd a night so don't expect the Conrad Hilton! Don't pay more than 2000 local currency from the airport as taxis will try and sting you for 10000+ I give the place a 10.

the have some local renter who stayed then the drunk everyday and do cegarretes in room that make me more caughing now a days. and the aere so noisy

Requested for breakfast to add to room charges but was not told of breakfast serve in room. We stay 3 nights so had the same breakfast of 3 eggs, a sausage, 2 pcs of plain bread with no butter and coffee for 2000T so I bought myself yogurt to spread on my bread for the other 2 days. Instead I have my breakfast in that tiny reception lounge

I was booked into the hostel but got upgraded into a twin room which was very nice. This hotel is near the railway station but unfortunately I arrived at the other train station no2 from Tashkent. The location is fine as it is 2 minutes to the train / bus station where you can get heaps of buses to town. No 2 .plus many more. The hotel is very tidy and clean inside.

The hostel itself looked a little grim but for the price I don't think you should expect more. The hotel looks so promising but the outside area looks so abandoned overgrown and old broken down things littered around. Alittle bit of tidying up would go a long way.
