Good location for short term stay if you want to be closer to the airport. There is a mall with a large supermarket (Magnum) about 1 km away and another smaller mall next to it which has a food court, a slightly smaller supermarket and some electrical shops. You are given a small bottle of complementary water and there is also a hot/cold water dispenser close to the lifts if you need more. Airport pickup/drop off is an added service which is very much appreciated. The rooms are slightly small but clean and comfortable.

There is no closet for the 'economy' rooms but you are given a small rack to hang your clothes.

This hotel is near to the Almaty International airport , probably a good choice for weary travellers or for those came back from long travel outside almaty and ready to fly back to their country of origin. Clean. Friendly staff(the concierge Violetta with excellent english helped my friends and I to procure concert tickets at the Kazakh National Academy of Arts). And provide transport from hotel to airport for only 4000tenge as of 20th Nov 2024). Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable hotel!

This hotel recycles their tiny plastic bottle for shower gel and shampoo. Noticeably old bottles were used . Other wise a great place to stay.

Very clean, quiet, well set up room. Good shower and block out curtains. Exactly as described / photos. Helpful & friendly staff Used for sleep for 8 hour stopover Airport shuttle transfer organised, but for unclear reasons driver was not there to collect me but rather someone else, but I got a lift anyway. Caught taxi rather than shuttle back to airport as timing suited me better… short distance and <2000 via Yandex go app. Also 15,000 in local currency required for deposit, but refunded promptly on checkout once room / minibar checked.

The room was great, cleaned with good furniture. The service in the restaurant (breakfast) was excellent. Check-in/ Check-out process was good and quick. WiFi connectivity was good. Value for money.

TRANSPORT SERVICE (during pick-up): The driver came to pick me up at Almaty airport and made me wait in the car for 1 hour to pick up another guest who arrived 1 hour later. ROOM SERVICE: On the next morning, I was relaxing in my room and suddenly the room service woman opened my door with her master key (without knocking on the door), entered the room and asked to clean the room. This is very unprofessional to go to someone's room without knocking the door. She was a lady so I didn't say anything and said "No I don’t need to clean my room now” and she left. NEED TO IMPROVE THESE.

really happy with this hotel on every level - super clean; well laid out room; furniture excellent; towels and sheets really good quality; easy parking; petrol station and car wash next door make it perfect for sorting out your rental car. not far from 2 malls: access to airport easy and the hotel will arrange a transfer; overall price for this hotel was excellent.

Royal Park was a good hotel 20 min away from the airport. They provide free airport pickup and drop. The food and drinks in their in-house restaurant were delicious and inexpensive. Overall, value for the location and price paid.

I had trouble with the radiator in my room because of which my room was moved. Also, the hotel is not in a vital location in Almaty and is good for transit only.

Airport pick up was very handy as we arrived early morning. We asked for early check-in and cot for the baby, everything was provided by the time we arrived. Room was clean. Wi-fi worked well. Staff was very polite and nice. Quite place, exactly what you need for recovering after a long night travel. You can do the late checkout as well. Not too far from airport. Cafe downstairs serve a good food 24h. Nice surroundings: parks, supermarket nearby, fast food shops, MCDonalds all super close to the hotel.

A little far from city center, but it’s not a problem as taxi service is very efficient.

Hotel offers free transfers from and to the airport, that was the main reason why we booked it, but we were very happy with our overall stay. The room was beautiful, with high ceilings and gorgeous walls. It was nice to have home comforts like slippers and robes, there were shampoo, shower gel, soaps, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. The bathroom had great water pressure. The room was very quiet despite it being on the first floor next to some car maintenance place next door. TV was easy to work with, didn't have to look for channels, the tv reception was great. The mini fridge was fully stocked with drinks and snacks. We ordered from the hotel restaurant and everything was super delicious, highly recommend! The menu had lots of choices between traditional local dishes and regular meal choices. We ordered into our room and the food was delivered quickly, it was beautifully presented.

I wish there was a coffee maker or instant coffee in the room. Also, after finishing our meal we called the hotel restaurant asking them to pick up the dishes, they said someone will come pick it up, but they never did. We just left them by the door because we had to go to bed already. Otherwise everything was great!

some of the service was lacking 1) I told them I needed an airport pickup and they said someone would be waiting with a sign. I arrived. No sign. I called the hotel. Luckily I spoke Kazakh. They didn’t know English. Finally the person they sent found me. As a solo traveler, I looked for a hotel with airport shuttle. 2) I reserved 2 nights. But they only wanted me to pay one night at a time. Why?? It’s inconvenient. It’s not done 3) If I was a foreigner who didn’t speak Russian or Kazakh, it would be hard to explain about airport transfers.

The hotel’s conveniently located in 15 minute ride from the airport. The room is spacious and well equipped with bathroom, cable TV, wardrobe, safe box. The room’s bed is comfortable and linens are sparkly clean.

Hotel shuttle bus was not provided upon arrival at the airport despite multiple notices sent. There were too much hair on the floor carpet, though the rest of the room was clean enough.
