Low price and privacy are main advantages of this hotel. It isn’t a hostel so you will get your own room with soft bed and big window :) Staff very polite and friendly, help me with early check-in. Interior is pretty nice-looking and light.

Room is pretty small - there were only bed and bedside table in my one. Towels provided by hotel are quite small and old, for me (I’m 195 cm) it was uncomfortable to use them. Also there were only 2 shower rooms and one toilet for all guests (hotel have near 25 rooms, some of them not for single person). I didn’t face with queue in shower or toilets but I suppose it is quite possible

At first I thought that it will be noisy but I was wrong. It was the quietest place I’ve ever been to. I had a really good sleep. Also I liked the fact that this facility had a small cafe on the first floor where you could order food or buy any food you wanted 24/7. The location is near the bus stop, you could go to local attractions from there , it takes about 20 min by bus, I think. There are also a lot of parks near the hotel, which makes it really quiet and nice place to stay. The staff is really nice, they helped me with my luggage (thank you so much!) and they let me check in earlier for free.

I think I would add more toilets. There were only two on the second floor (one is for women and one is for men). I think that when there are full booking, there maybe some problems and queues but I’m not sure.

Clean place. Wifi was working fine. I stayed room without window, but it has sufficient place. I'm backpacker, so room was good. Baths and toilet were clean. There was ironing place. Coffee and desserts were not expensive, especially coffee (Americano) was delicious.

There was only one toilet, so it could be a problem in rush hours. Air circulation was not sufficient in room. Always there was a little bad scent. I would like to see a mirror in the room. Need socket more than one in the room. Location was far from the center. There is an important problem which is the transportation card in Astana.

First, in the middle of nowhere but there are bus stops close by, including #10 from airport. You need to have a transport card, what it is sold nowhere, but pay money to somebody in the bus. Controls understand your situation too. There is breakfast available and it is actually quite ok and cheep. Considered everything, I would recommend, if your expectations are not too high.

The property is so cleaned and tidy, the staff is really helpful and amazing. I just loved to stay here. I liked everything but when you put address to the yendex or any taxi app, put the actual address instead of hotel name for reaching the exact location.

The price is good. There is a privacy. Staff was good. There was a shared kettle and microwave at reception.

In the windows-free room, the air was always bad. I had to open the door all the time to air it out. As there was a complete darkness, I lost a sense of time.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The room downstairs was comfortable and offered tea and pastries. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Some small shops and parks nearby. The staff was helpful despite the language barrier. Google translate works well.

Vegetarians would have a hard time finding a restaurant. This is a problem all over Kazakstan.

Bed was incredibly comfortable, I loved it. Staff was very polite and helpful. Good size of shower room, all clean.

Doors to my room and other rooms made noise when closing, it woke me up few times a night. Rather than that no other issues. Perhaps someone can adjuste doors for the comfort of guests.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room and when I opened the window there was cobwebs behind the mesh, but as the window is not on the sunny side of the building, it is logical that such things would happen. I didn't have much luck with the first room in general, but the other rooms are very nice and cosy and outside the window is nice and clean.

Really clean and away from the noisy street.

You can hear everything that happens around - phone calls from next room, every talk at the reception - it's impossible to have a minute of quiet there. It feels like you have no privacy even in your private room. Also, a mirror in the room could be a good addition. One toilet for ladies for that number of rooms is also too bad. I had no problems because there were few people hosted the night I stayed, but on busier days it might become a problem.
