Value compared to other Rio accommodation (what you would expect from the Ibis brand), convenient location adjacent to downtown airport (SDU) and downtown Rio for historic sites. Room was very standard, nothing fancy but provided the necessary basics, and the4 bed was reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was decent size, larger than expected. Had a dinner at the restaurant, which I was not planning, but it turned out to be tasty and good price. Overall, appealing for the price and services offered, and exactly what you would expect from the Ibis brand.

If you're visiting for a more typical beach leisure vacation, it's not the best location, as it will require taxi/Uber transfers to Copacabana or Ipanema, etc. The elevators were off sync and were slightly annoying to wait for and/or find one that would go to my floor, but maybe just a problem during my visit.

Hotel was very close to the airport and staff was helpful and polite. Pricing was also good considering the location in the city. The room was spacious and clean, I would recommend it. Just a reminder that the centre of Rio de Janeiro is not very safe, so it is always good pay attention to your belongings when walking in the neighborhood.

Breakfast was great, simple, but tasty and enough diversity of food. Bed was comfortable. We stayed in the family room with double bed and single bed and room was excellent value for money. Fridge in the room was cold considering how hot the weather was. Shower was strong. Staff was kind and polite. I would stay there again. They have 2 breakfasts. One starts from 4am for people who catch an early flight, which is brilliant. Very close to the airport.

The lifts were slow, but mainly because the hotel was busy. Nothing else I can think of to complain.

Great restaurant at the hotel. The location is excellent for flying out of Santos Dumont airport. We had an early flight and walked over the bridge to the terminal. It's about a five minute walk.

The receptionist was amazingly friendly and helpful! attentive to my needs and very sympatic.

There was a lot of noise from I suppose the air conditioning or boilers in the building, tis noise came from restricted rooms / areas. But I was able to sleep and did not complain. The elevators made me feel a little insecure.

Not possible use the apps (netflix disney prime..) in the smartntv in the room. No Power plugs closer of the bed.

Convenient location, at walking distance from the airport (during the day). Standard Ibis room, clean and quiet.

The value was higher than average. Staff could be friendlier.
