The hotel looks like a standard city hotel from the outside, but the rooms are surprisingly spacious. We booked a double room with a double bed, and it was comfortable and well-sized. We arrived earlier than check-in time, and the staff kindly stored our luggage until we returned in the evening — a smooth and helpful experience. The breakfast was amazing, with a good variety of choices to suit different tastes. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

There were a few disappointments. Booking.com mentioned a half-board option, but the hotel didn’t offer it. This was misleading and inconvenient. The à la carte restaurant also had very limited vegetarian options, which was surprising for an international hotel. That said, the food we did try was delicious. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, and it’s about a 10–15 minute walk from the nearest metro station — manageable, but something to consider if you’re traveling with kids or luggage.

The hotel was a bit off the center but very close to the metro, clean, and popular. there is a lidl market and a dm market very close by. the bar and seating area in the lobby were very nice

There was no internet in our room. The receptionist told us that this was because of the location of our room. Can't a famous hotel like this provide wifi in all its rooms? The situation that bothered us the most was this. There is also always 1 staff member at the reception desk, which extends the processing time.

i stayed there Twice in 10 days , both visits were very nice stay the room size is ok , breakfast was nice and variety of food , i was advised by the staff that the parking outside is free , the staff was cooperative and friendly they provide me with charger because my laptop charger wasn't matching the socket, they provide us with umbrella , Machtlfingerstraße metro station is very near , sauna steam was working and free , mini Gym

little far from the city center but very near to metro which directly goes to the center the swimming pool was closed for maintenance

Quite pet friendly, although expensive to bring 2 dogs (20 euros per dog per day). Ground floor room with door that opens directly to the outside was greatly appreciated as I could just slip out that way to walk my dogs instead of going through the hallways and lobby area. The breakfast is expensive, but amazing! The reception staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming and we even had a late check out after registering for their loyalty programme. Great service :)

The long hallways to get to our room and the bathtub/shower was difficult for my mum to go into. All in all it wasn't very accessible for her because of the long walks to the room and the inability to get into the bathtub due to her mobility issues. I had noted that a room close to the elevator would be ideal for us because of her disability, but I guess the hotel couldn't arrange for us to have a room close to the elevator that the dogs were allowed to stay in (they mentioned at the reception that they have specific rooms alloted for people staying with dogs so that's what I assumed at least).

Everything was better than we expected before we arrived. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were really kind and they tried to find solutions to every problem we have. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It's about 8 minutes away from the metro station by foot. The hotel had everything you would have needed so I rate it a 10/10 experience. Considering it was one of the budget-friendly hotels in Munich, I definitely recommend. We are looking forward to stay here again when we visit Munich.

Rooms were very spacious and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options to pick. Family and kids loved it. Our only issue was bathroom. Water in the sink and in the shower had draining issues. Management sent plumber instantly but had issues for all 5 days. Nothing major and I highly recommend this place for business or for families.

-Treats, coffee tea etc. -The receptionists Anna and Andreas were super helpful. -Balcony. -No noise. -Lobby was also cool, fair prices.

-Walls and corners were broken, most of the corners had holes in them, we saw two insects coming out from them but they were small and non disgusting. -Walls, carpet and extra sofa had stains on them. There were 10-15 leaf particle, bathroom had yellow stains, carpet have a big red stain and the sofa has white stain. I do understand that the room was cleaned for sure but the location of stains are kind of red flag. Walls had shoe stains. -Balcony was cool but also didn't clean.

We stayed in a quiet neighbourhood, which made the bustle of the city manageable. Our balcony offered good views and privacy. Parking was not on site but within walking distance, on the curb. The Breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was always freshly made. A Munich speciality, Bavarian Weißwurst, was available and delicious. Pancakes were freshly baked by a machine, with Nutella available, to the joy of our daughter! We recommend the swimming pool, which was heated and clean. This hotel creates the feeling of space; we never felt cramped.

There was no ice machine available, but it did not become an issue, as we could get ice from the bar for free. Both the sauna and underground parking were undergoing renovations and were not available, though the steam room made up for this.

Breakfast!!!! That most amazing I have had in a long time. The sunny side eggs were just gold. Beds were quite comfortable. Hot water with a good pressure. Nice 24/7 convenience store at the lobby area, great for grabbing some food while checking-in late or leaving too early. Rooms are basic. Didn't need more for a business trip.

My room had a door to other room and the sound proofing wasn't the greatest, while the neighbour watched TV at night. The walls of hallways need a new paint.
