Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are friendly and make every effort to ensure guests are happy. Location on Juhu beach is good. A very wide selection of breakfast is available including South Indian dishes. Must try the restaurant in the hotel, Sesame which serves Asian cuisine. We enjoyed dinner here on our last evening served by Bhavna, who made some good recommendations. All staff are friendly and professional. Shout out to Khurtik who made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast every morning. Thanks to the restaurant manager for arranging breakfast for 5:30am on the day of departure. Thanks to Sandesh for keeping our room clean daily and restocking the complimentary treats.

Decor is dark tones which initially can be off putting but you get used to it.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Our room met all expectations and was cleaned daily without fail. Insulation was good, as we could hardly hear the traffic noises. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Indian and continental, and the staff regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Our 3-night stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The 4 o'clock Indian tea was a nice unexpected bonus. The location is convenient—close to the airport and well-connected to other more lively areas via local transport.

Good location. Room of decent size with modern furniture and setting. Room was clean with no disturbing odor in the toilet. The common area ,lift ,restaurant was always clean unlike other hotels where maintenance and housekeeping is poor. Modern pleasant decor of the corridor which is wide and non suffocating. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a warm and welcoming team always there at your service while being non invasive. The sugar cane juice and other fresh juices for breakfast was very enjoyable .Very pleasant surprise for my birthday whereby the room was subtly decorated, with a yummy chocolate cake offered. Thanks to Mr. Brian, Priyanka ,the crew at the restaurant and any other I may have missed. Would surely recommend the hotel

Lobby is small, maybe reorganizing the desk and the entrance can give some more space . To try to keep the outside premises just as clean with some natural flowers and plants. Hotel taxi rate is a bit high Wifi does not work in the common area

Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Brian the doorman very informative and helpful All front door staff were kind and considerate to my 81 year old mother Breakfast was amazing lots of choice from South Indian to continental food and freshly prepared All restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Pranay Vishal Kushal and Sagar. The restaurant manager Gumeet was very kind to arrange fruits such as sitafal and chiku. Bonus was high tea at 4pm the restaurant serves Indian masala tea with some snacks Mini bar filled with soft drinks and water Complimentary fruits and a few snacks available in room Roof top pool is another bonus to relax away from the hustle and bustle it’s still being built Beach is only 5 minute walk and great to walk towards Juhu Chowpatty (10-15mins walk) to see amazing vibrant atmosphere filled with lots of tasty fast foods Many restaurants nearby Safforn and soy had great food Go to Myrah Spa it’s less than 5mins walk,as hotel doesn’t have one. It offers 5star treatment and worth every minute & money We were offered a package between the 4 of us Highly recommended this!!

The deco in room is a bit too dark and my elderly mum found this difficult with her vision Lack of cupboard Space and need some hooks in bathroom too Beware of noise of the planes at night this took few days to adapt too No spa in hotel .. but I would highly recommend Myrah 20% off food and drinks are not taken off please check bills at the end this should be done automatically

Loved everything about the property. Very close to the airport and next to several shops and commercial establishments. The room was spacious and could easily accommodate the three of us! But the highlight of the stay was the staff. From the minute of check in to the check out - everyone we encountered was super pleasant, attentive and cordial. Special shoutout to those at the breakfast hours - Vinay, Pranay, Delano, Sagar, Ruqaiya, Gumeet and everybody else!! Don’t leave the hotel without tasting Manasi’s masala chai! They made the breakfast the high point of the day! For my daughter’s birthday there was cake and singing by everyone present - which made my daughter super happy!! Overall had a most wonderful stay and nothing to beat the hospitality at the Hyatt!

Nothing to not like! Everything was wonderful! Not much of a view from the room but that didn’t bother us!

To be honest I had 2 issues in the first night which were resolved straightaway. The hotel is in a great location and kept at a high standard and meets its statues. Restaurent is excellent and has a wide range of choices for break fast, lunch and evening meal. Facilities such as swimming pool, gym and other services such as bag wrap taxis tv channels etc are great. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the hotel and housekeep were amazing. I stayed here 6 nights. It was fabulous. Location is superb to reach famous juhu chapati, airport, santa cruz and bandra and to the train station to reach to south Mumbai. General manager ( Shilpa) was superb and Tanvi front desk was brilliant sorting issues out with outside taxi drivers. Well recommended .

The hotel is a newish property so it is of a high standard. What really makes it a special stay is the attentive staff from the security guys at the front, reception staff at the front desk, the housekeeping team and by no means the least the staff in the restaurant who are just fantastic. Breakfast is just brilliant, a huge choice and plenty of food all to a vary high standard.

I don't think there was anything major that I can say that I didn't like. I guess if I had to pick up a fault it was that when taking your order staff don't write it down so a couple of times they got it wrong but it was quickly rectified.

Gosh what can I say. Completely floored by the care given by the staff. Nothing was too difficult for them. They were all out to please. I got sick and they catered to bland diet, providing us with taxi to the hospital, just every need was catered to. The breakfast had huge varieties and so yummy. Staff are courteous, well trained trustworthy, making us feel at home throughout the stay.

Maybe an area to hang out, like a courtyard or a garden with seats especially when I was feeling down.

The Sesame restaurant- for dinner and breakfast, the location, rooftop pool, the rooms are decent and service of all the staff from groud to the rooftop!

The rooms need to be carpeted, the rooftop could have a collapsible cover for the monsoons so that place can be used to view the beach view. Even the seating area near the pool needs to be covered. There needs to be a small spa and maybe in room dining could have more variety than sesame. That would make the experience absolutely perfect!

My stay at Hyatt Centric was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I checked in until the day I left, the experience was top-notch. Overall, I can't recommend Hyatt Centric highly enough. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel exceeds expectations with its superb accommodations, excellent service, and prime location. I look forward to returning soon!
