The location was excellent, the staff was discreet yet welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy. Palazzo Priuli is a hotel with remarkable history, which added a special charm to the stay.

There was no complimentary drinking water available in the room. Although a water jug was provided during the day, it was removed in the evening. The minibar contained only two bottles of water. For a hotel of this class, it would be appreciated to have more consistent access to drinking water at all times.

The location is absolutely perfect! Gondola’s based outside the hotel. Restaurants adjacent and opposite to the hotel. Superb breakfast in great ambience

Mini bar is stocked and chargeable which is fully understandable. Charging for bottled water when advised not to drink the tap water plus charging for coffee pod refills after you have consumed the first two is a little unreasonable.

Everything was perfect! Hard to weigh in which was better as just in every aspect this hotel exceeded our expectations, - Reception service was top notch. I cannot thank more the front desk for arranging our special dinners and evening events. Our last dinner at Restaurante da Ivo was as a highlight. - Our room in the history building was just awesome. A perfect blend of historical classy building with modern twist. - Our breakfast was excellent. The service we got is extraordinary. - Location was great, and the recommended restaurant behind (Sentada )is a gem. Nice food and wine, and very relaxing feel.. I literally would not mind paying 75 to 100Eur more per night for the total value I got from this hotel (this is something I could not say to 99% of the tens if not the hundreds of hotel accommodations I have had around the world in last years. Don’t think twice! If you see a availability, just book it!

The Hotel breakfast room was beautiful and the lady in charge of breakfast was the absolutely nicest, kindest, most attentive staff member I have ever encountered in hospitality. It was a pleasure to chat with her at morning and we felt so pampered. The staff at the reception was also nice and very informative. The room was fine, with canal view, although on the ground floor, and the shower was very very good.

Our room was a bit on the small side, especially in the bathroom there were loads of towels (very appreciated) but nowhere to hang them. We also had a bit of a mishap with who was probably a maid entering our room while we were sleeping in the afternoon. The hotel apologised, but we really felt a breach of our security and were constantly checking the door after the event. This stuff happens, but make sure you always hang a do not disturb sign if you are taking naps during the day

This is a fabulous hotel! I felt like Venetian aristocracy visiting the palace. We were greeted on arrival with delicious snacks and prosecco in the afternoon. Our room was spacious and beautiful with Venetian decor and a gorgeous chandelier, marble bathroom and very comfortable king bed. The location was very good, in the San Marco district but very quiet. The most noise you might hear are goldoliers passing under your window. Breakfast was included and it was a wonderful experience, cooked to order, fresh fruit and juice plus all the usual croissants and cereal to help yourself. And cake! Lots of good restaurants nearby for later. The staff were exceptional and knowledgeable. We took the hotels complimentary boat to Murano one morning and had a wonderful day.

Absolutely nothing

The hotel is brilliantly located with all the comforts one desires. It is somewhat off the beaten path - which is a definite plus, considering that Venice is so small that everything is available within a 15-20 minute walk. (I so prefer being away from the Grand Canal - note that the canal in the hotel's literature is not the GC. The room that we rented was large and comfortable, but a "canal view" was not worth the extra cost given that the canal was so...small. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is superb, served with an agreeable English-speaking staff

We originally had another hotel booked and they cancelled on us last minute and then found this hotel with great reviews. It’s 5 minute walk from the main river and off a little quieter street away from the hustle and bustle of St Marks square. The hotel has historical Venice vibes and the bed was so comfy! The staff here were also very helpful. Breakfast was lovely! Lots of choice with yoghurt, fruit, cereal, juices and a menu serving different types of eggs! The staff at breakfast were also so very very lovely! ☺️. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to Venice! Thankyou for a wonderful stay!!

The location was great, on a charming quiet street but very near all the action. Our room was gorgeous with amazing views on to a lovely canal from the windows and the breakfast was good.

We did not get daily water replenishment which i think is law nowadays. We did not have turn down on our second night which was disappointing and i had originally booked a Junior Suite with a bath but due to a security block on my card when Booking.com went to take my second payment the original booking was cancelled so i had to pay nearly double the original price for a suite without a bath. Also as general feedback the hair dryer should be better as it was a travel one and there should be a make up mirror. Both items especially as you are paying for a suite. Finally the only extra on my bill was a coca cola which should have been given complimentary given our issues.

An amazing and historic (more than 400 years old) hotel in a fantastic part of Venice. The hotel retains the charm and elegance of a historic palace whilst being extremely comfortable with all expected facilities. I highly recommend a room with a canal view. The staff were extremely helpful; recommending and booking restaurants and tours in addition to organising a water taxi to the airport for an early morning flight (a great way to end a short holiday) The bar and restaurant (Bar 5000 - just behind the hotel) associated with the hotel were both excellent for a drink, snack or meal. and the breakfast served in the hotel was also good.

INCREDIBLE! Wonderful and friendly staff that upgraded us without us even asking! Room was so beautiful it left us speechless. Felt like royalty staying there. Great hire of the canal! Perfect location. Amazing styling so perfect for Venice. Staff also helped us to organise and book a wonderful boat ride around Venice which was well worth it.

It was absolutely perfect, the only possible upgrade would be to have more food for buffet breakfast but even still they freshly cooked the breakfast we chose from a menu… really can’t make it any better.
