Lots of amenities, very courteous staff. Very attentive.

Its outdated and needs upgrades and refreshing. The rooms are nice and big but the tubs and showers are giving 90s vibe. Carpet and furnishings needs upgrading. I found it to be a little expensive for the quality.

I liked the convenience of the restaurant and little store. And the bed was very comfortable.the staff was very friendly.

Honestly it was just like any other hotel to me but double the price. Dated decor and all. I wouldn't spend that much a night there again.

The beds were super comfy and very clean

Busy breakfast had to wait longer than anticipated for seating and cleaning the tables. I took it upon myself to clean a table and seated myself. Food was great just had issues with waiting a long time to be seated at a clean table.

The amount charged for the breakfast Was a little pricey considering the amount of portion received, Also it would have been nice to have more gluten free options.

Everything was good except for the breakfast.

It was clean and comfortable the breakfast was delicious.

The lounge food was bad. Just order dinner from somewhere else if you want to stay in.

the hotel is very clean inside, the pool area was nice, the staff was friendly, and we were able to get an early check in time which was great.

parking is a bit tight.

Great customer service, comfy beds, spacious room plus I was recognized as a loyal Hilton member.

There was no keurig in the room and I'm a coffee drinker.

It was a good location, nice and close to west Edmonton mall

No free continental breakfast which I receive at most other hotels

Comfortable bed with pillows that were soft and not the usual extra large size that give you a sore neck Golf and shopping location

The lounge wasn’t open. Stayed here last year and booked again due to the friendly bar tender and good food

Loved the fireplaces. The rooms were gorgeous. Loved the ambient lighting. Good snacks avail. Parking was plentiful. Friendly staff and clean.
