Great room, nice staff. Free water bottles by reception and lots of toiletries which was helpful as sometimes hotels can be frugal with what they supply. There is a cool indoor area that resembles a resort - swimming pool, table tennis, arcade machines, play area etc., Vending machines are a good addition. Wifi has great connectivity. Location is great for the airport, it is a little far out for travelling into the city though. There are public transport options but the key language used is French, so just make sure you have some translator app to help with signposts/talking to locals if it's required.

As it is an airport hotel, guests are arriving at different times across the day including all hours of the night. As our room was by the elevator, we could hear guests arriving throughout the night and lots of talking. The hotel does have a quiet time after 10pm sign in common areas though, which is mostly adhered to, it's just the hallways can be loud. This is manageable if you are a deep sleeper, though it may be frustrating if you sleep lightly. Perhaps just pack some earplugs and you should be fine.

The rooms were quite spacious - we were a travelling family of four, and had a room with a king sized bed and a pull-out sofa bed, and both were quite comfortable. There was enough space for all of us - and the washroom was also well-kept, with ample space and lighting. We enjoyed the breakfast for all 3 mornings that we were at the Radisson - the choices offered a good variety, (which is great for young picky eaters), and the staff was lovely and accommodating. The pool was also kept clean, and there was a lifeguard/deck supervisor on site at all times in case of emergency - a bonus that the water was perfect temperature. The hotel (on a good day) is about 15-20 minutes into the Downtown core, but if you are planning to venture outside of the city, then this could be a good location for you. Our family explored Downtown, but also found it easy to drive to the suburban areas nearby.

There were renovations happening in the front of the building, so we had to take a couple of slight detours from the parking and the front desk, but it didn't ruin our experience. Also, not that the hotel staff could have avoided it, but the inner courtyard projects/carries a lot of noise if there are many people in the area - there was a group function happening during one of the nights we were there and we could still hear them at around 11pm. If you aren't a heavy sleeper, perhaps see if you can book a room that's not facing the pool/courtyard for more quiet. Other than that, we had such a good stay and will definitely be booking again and look forward to seeing all the new renovations completed.

Shuttle service was terrible. Needs to be better organized with people to be picked up and not a free for all when the shuttle arrives. We asked to book an early morning shuttle pick drop off when we called and were told we would be fine. When we finally arrived at the hotel two hours after landing there were no shuttles available. Cmon now. Take an advance booking. Cost $35 for a cab. Terrible service. I chose your facility due to the shuttle.

For the cost and time of year, it was incredibly over-priced for the location and allocated room without breakfast. Also, the hotel is like a maze - finding the room was like a game of checkers. And it's a pet hate, but why do no Canadian hotels (this one included) have toilet brushes, people should clean up after themselves instead of expecting room service to do it for you?

We flew from Ukraine straight to the hotel. We have no money; our relatives and friends paid for us. We came to work and fled from the war. The first thing I did not liked was that the man at the morning service at the buffet constantly asked where his tip was. I was ashamed and unpleasant that I didn’t have the money to give him. The second thing is that they charged us a fee upon entry and after that they charged us several times for nothing and should have returned it right away, but it was returned a week later. It was our last money and we had to call Ukraine to ask for money. It was terrible. The hotel is excellent, the staff should be more humane in their attitude towards customers.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes drive away from Montreal airport. The gym was decent, and different games were also available outside.

The communication with the hotel regarding the airport shuttle was not very helpful initially. The reception appeared to have been hastily relocated for renovation. No food was available at all upon late arrival.

I really liked the facilities and the room. I wish we could have stayed longer to try out the pool, it looked so relaxing.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was awful. The bus was slow to arrive, it didn't pull up to the curb so everyone had to push their way onto the road and the driver did not provide any direction. One lady with a baby was the first on the bus and she ended up having to get off because the rest of her family had been pushed out of the way by the crowd. She was in tears because she had waited so long for the bus to arrive. Horrible experience for anyone witnessing it.

The breakfast is one of the best I've had in a hotel in Canada. The entrance is really nice and new. I was able to leave my car there for the duration of my trip for less than the airport parking

The hotel was in construction so it was a little bit dirty. The rooms were ok to spend the night

Shuttle service worked well and on time. Coffee was available in room and by the pool.

Had asked for an extra bed a week in advance. Was told it was in the room. It was not. Maybe they only put it up when people have arrived, but late at night expected the bed to be ready.

I love the customer service very kind, very available to help, the pool with a life guard in every moment for the kids, clean everytime , the restaurant everything was pleasant🥰

The only thing is the parking lot is very small
