Nice cozy hotline a magnificent location, The staff is very friendly and will help with any need or request very efficiently. Maybe the breakfast could be more diverse, just scrambled and hard boiled eggs? NO omelets or fried ? Only papaya, pineapple and some days bananas ? The menu should/could be expanded. The latte/ coffee machine made wonderful coffees and the lounge staff and cooks super friendly. While limited we used the breakfast daily and were satisfied. The best of all were the hotel staff... they make the stay a memorable one.

You gave excellent staff. The ladies at breakfast, front desk staff, especially the lady who was on duty on 29th Nov morning. She was very polite, helpful, willing to an extra mile, excellent guest skills. Her name could by Andrea or Alexandra

Room was cold and no heat

Comfortable, spacious, clean rooms, in a good location. Gym with cardio machines and dumbbells. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff

We asked to use the yoga mats in our room, since our suitcases hadn’t arrived on our flight. They would send them up, but they never came. Also they were out of towels in the gym. Same story. Otherwise the staff was very friendly.

Very close to park 93 and lots of restaurants erc....shower was very strong and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was just ok. Nothing special. The shower tiles looked like they had been painted, the shower needed some repair.

The room was poorly ventilated, it had a strange odour like humidity from the bathroom went in the room, not out. I could not find any ventilation in the bathroom, and if it was one, I don't think it worked.

Comfortable and close to restaurants (4-5 min walkibg distance). The area is clean and safe for tourists.

Breakfast could be more varied. For a short stay (1 week) is good but more than that you will be bored.

It was a very welcoming and homey hotel. Staff were very accommodating. Quite a good breakfast. Fabulous neighborhood for restaurants.

Good location, big room

Skipped the cleaning and Asked bring towels but nobody showed up. Front desk staff a little bit not familiar with the payment process. Redeemed points for staying but still being asked to pay the full amount with credit card.

I was able to find a very quiet room. The staff was great. extremely attentive and kind.

Everything was great. My only not complain but suggestion is that the rooms are a little bit dated.
