Great location; rooms facing the main street have amazing views of the Riu skyscraper and the Chapalita neighborhood. Room was very modern and comfortable with luxury additions like plush slippers and bath robes. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop has one of the best views of central Guadalajara, don't miss taking the elevator to the top!

Minibar was offered but it was small and wasn't working - items were still room temperature. Best to request ice from the front desk. Wi-Fi was fast but some websites are blocked.

I love the location, mutual spaces and room daily cleaned.

I didn’t like the fact there is only one elevator and that there is no parking lot, the guys from the valet parking were always courteous but sometimes I had to wait for them and many of the times I was in a hurry and it was very inconvenient.

The location, the staff and the breakfast is good. The concept about famous writers is great. WiFi and parking was also a good plus.

A bit more cleaning in the rooms could be great to be honest. That the hotel cannot provide bandage is a bit awkward to be honest. If you have a hard time sleeping... I would recommend high floor like 5-6.

It is very attractive decoration, is not luxury but is very modern an chic Just 7 flours with 9 roooma per floor each floor honored a different writer, we were on floor 4 dedicated to Edgar Alan Poe I recommend the room with hot tub is fabulous

The hotel have a fabulous roof garden with a spectacular view of the city, comfortable and beautifully decorated. However is totally wasted with an unflavored bar that does no offer food or cocteles with not promotion or events always empty

The hotel was new and clean and modern. The rooftop garden was a plus as we could relax there and have a good view of the city. Some restaurants across the street and within walking distance.

The breakfast was okay and could improve. There were some sweet bread/pastries, eggs made to order, coffee/tea, juice, cereal and different yoghurts. The menu said there were fresh fruits but there wasn't when we were there around 7:30. That appeared finally when we left at 8. The second morning we did not see any fresh fruits at all. The coffee the second morning was just warm so I had to request a hot one. In all a very nice hotel. The price is lower than the one next door.

Breakfast is very poor . Theere is no spread . There was just a few fruits displayed . They ask for your order in alacarte which is very surprisisng . Neews to improve on the breakfast which is the biggest and only negative point .

The window in our room was broken and although we complained, it was not fixed and we were not moved to another room either. Due to the window not closing the street noise disturbed the sleep.

The cleaning, the room, good internet and good service the air conditioning was great. Comfort bedroom and friendly staff. Location was good, but not the best.

Omg don’t like that that air conditioner in the diner area was off. It was really hot in there.
