Lovely hotel. Queen room double was very comfortable: quiet, dark, and spacious. The outdoor shower was fantastic. Several restaurant options. Great breakfast def include in your booking! Beach with no waves nice for swimming and wading. Pools were large. Staff (all locations) attentive and responsive. Well centered location. Easy walk to supermarket, pharmacy and happening bars. Smart decision by restaurant to be able to keep your unfinished wine bottle available for you throughout your stay. I would stay again.

Restaurant food was very good and portions were appropriate, but seemed expensive (even for simple basic food). But do try the lime soup and flank steak tacos! Spa was pleasant, but agree with another guest that pedicure was overpriced (basic at best no massaging of feet ). Not well advertised that hotel offered yoga classes. Booked taxi to airport through hotel concierge on departure and price quoted by concierge was less than what taxi driver said was cost ( 47$ vs 60$), not sure why. A small fridge in the room (empty for guest use) would have been appreciated.

The beach area at this hotel is wonderful, the water in the sea was very calm during our stay and we could swim a lot and sunbath in comfort. Not too crowded, the breakfast is very good too. Beds and rooms are super comfy, though the design is kinda too basic. Location was nice with some restaurants and large supermarkets nearby, Uber is available at affordable price (like 100-150MXN) around the city and to the airport (500MXN).

The pool was too cold and unexpectedly the jacuzzis nearby the pool were cold too

Breakfast was good, but not much for vegetarian people (other than fruit and bread). It gets boring and isn't filling and we had to eat that for 4 days in a row. I think they should consider more options for vegan people who can't have meat and dishes made with eggs. Resort is beautiful and well maintained.

Nothing here for a toddler. Food is super expensive.

I paid for the room with ocean view and instead got the room at 1st floor with the roofs view. When asked at reception for options we were told that everything is taken and they will reach out the next day. But of course this never happened. Pretty disappointing.

Ngl, the vibes here were fantastic for the wife and i to chill for a few days after a long trip. The pool/sunlounge/beach set up is amazing, its super chill and relaxing. The staff were attentive and friendly without getting in the way. The club suite was beautiful. Buffet breakfast excellent and complimentary drinks/canapes in the evening a lovely way to start the night. Would love to come back.

I mean, yes its expensive, but you get what you pay for. No regrets

The beach here is incredible. There are so many palapas so you can always find shade. The service is top notch from the front desk to the restaurants and the service right on the beach. The margarita pizza that we ate on the beach was one of the yummiest pizzas I ever ate. The rooms are large and clean with luxurious bathrooms. About 15 min walk to the happening area of the hotel zone where there are tons of restaurants and nightclubs. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection.

They have almost every day external events, in my case 3 wedding party in 3 days. On Saturday the party talking70% of the beach area, and us and other hotel guests could not use the area. They always should to the parties in small areas and not using almost all area

Staff were fantastic and polite. Room was clean and big enough, water bottles provided everyday. The location was good and beach was lovely. Decent breakfast and egg station was a plus. Booked our tours through the hotel and they were perfect. All in all a great vacation.

Not many many negatives, but a few things would have made the stay nicer. Rooms don't have a balcony, so would be good if you could open a window. Bathroom could do with better ventilation. Restaurants could do with more kid friendly options. Some onsite entertainment would be nice and would have kept more guests on site.

The hotel's beach is the best in the area and that makes a big difference. Breakfast was lovely. The pool area could be improved, the pools are shallow and the furniture around sparse and somewhat basic. Service was great all around. The thatched roof sun umbrellas are great, have built in coffee tables and an electric outlet, which is very convenient.

The check-in took way too long, and we were given unacceptable rooms on the ground floor (they call it 1st fl), supposedly with sea view, but actually it's an enclosed courtyard facing a wall. Unacceptable, so the rooms were changed, supposedly "upgraded" but actually just giving us what we reserved. The rooms were perfectly fine, comfortable and clean, nothing special. Alcoholic drinks at the beach bar were quite short on alcoholic content, even though this is not an all-inclusive and the drinks are paid for.

Amazing option if you don't want all-inclusive. Pristinely clean and well maintained place. Staff: - welcoming, friendly and attentive. - no pressure to add a tip which made us tip more - no pressure to order drinks or food when you're at the beach or pool. - Very easy to order with them if you want refreshments - all staff wear earpieces for their radios so as to not disturb guests. Very nice touch. Beach: - When we were there in March 2025, there was no need to pay for reserving the palapas (sunbeds under cover), however the reservation option was listed on their website. - seaweed cleared and sand raked every morning. One of the workers worms very hard to stack and unstack the beach chairs everyday to keep them clean. Amenities: - WiFi had great connectivity and speed all over the resort including the beach. - Restaurants are a little pricey for dinner, but there are amazing alternatives for around 100 peso Uber ride away. Drinks are very reasonably prices if you don't drink alcohol. - Breakfast has a huge range of items (pancakes, waffles, Mexican food), but like all buffets elsewhere we didn't think it was spectacular in flavour. We loved the live omelette station. Fresh fruit, yoghurt and fresh juices available for dessert. - Room was spacious and the cleaning staff were very thorough in their daily service. Drying rack would have been useful. Negatives: - absolutely none
