Lovely hotel. Queen room double was very comfortable: quiet, dark, and spacious. The outdoor shower was fantastic. Several restaurant options. Great breakfast def include in your booking! Beach with no waves nice for swimming and wading. Pools were large. Staff (all locations) attentive and responsive. Well centered location. Easy walk to supermarket, pharmacy and happening bars. Smart decision by restaurant to be able to keep your unfinished wine bottle available for you throughout your stay. I would stay again.

Restaurant food was very good and portions were appropriate, but seemed expensive (even for simple basic food). But do try the lime soup and flank steak tacos! Spa was pleasant, but agree with another guest that pedicure was overpriced (basic at best no massaging of feet ). Not well advertised that hotel offered yoga classes. Booked taxi to airport through hotel concierge on departure and price quoted by concierge was less than what taxi driver said was cost ( 47$ vs 60$), not sure why. A small fridge in the room (empty for guest use) would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was good, but not much for vegetarian people (other than fruit and bread). It gets boring and isn't filling and we had to eat that for 4 days in a row. I think they should consider more options for vegan people who can't have meat and dishes made with eggs. Resort is beautiful and well maintained.

Nothing here for a toddler. Food is super expensive.

The beach area at this hotel is wonderful, the water in the sea was very calm during our stay and we could swim a lot and sunbath in comfort. Not too crowded, the breakfast is very good too. Beds and rooms are super comfy, though the design is kinda too basic. Location was nice with some restaurants and large supermarkets nearby, Uber is available at affordable price (like 100-150MXN) around the city and to the airport (500MXN).

The pool was too cold and unexpectedly the jacuzzis nearby the pool were cold too

Very nice staff, amazing and comfortable beach with suitable sun beds and great beach bar. Good food. Quiet and calm.

I paid for the room with ocean view and instead got the room at 1st floor with the roofs view. When asked at reception for options we were told that everything is taken and they will reach out the next day. But of course this never happened. Pretty disappointing.

Ngl, the vibes here were fantastic for the wife and i to chill for a few days after a long trip. The pool/sunlounge/beach set up is amazing, its super chill and relaxing. The staff were attentive and friendly without getting in the way. The club suite was beautiful. Buffet breakfast excellent and complimentary drinks/canapes in the evening a lovely way to start the night. Would love to come back.

I mean, yes its expensive, but you get what you pay for. No regrets

the resort is beautiful, with nice restaurants. big enough for you to do different things for few days but not too huge so you can leave your children to go from the pool to the beach etc. the breakfast was amazing. the sand, the palm trees amazing.. service at restaurants was really good.

the reception desk was horrible, too long processing time at check in. we were given a room with a connecting door. instead of giving us a room without connecting door, they gave us another one with a connecting door. the receptionist told me I should have booked a suite instead ?!?! again too long at check out. service at pool bar was weird, the barman waved me to come over to the side of the bar to pick up my beer, I went and he wave me to come back to him to pay, what the hell...

The beach here is incredible. There are so many palapas so you can always find shade. The service is top notch from the front desk to the restaurants and the service right on the beach. The margarita pizza that we ate on the beach was one of the yummiest pizzas I ever ate. The rooms are large and clean with luxurious bathrooms. About 15 min walk to the happening area of the hotel zone where there are tons of restaurants and nightclubs. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection.

Working in the cruise industry I do pay a lot of attention at details and literally everything and I loved everything at this property.Peaceful ambiance, no activities, no all inclusive, no loud music.An older resort with a lot of charm and extremely well maintained.Check the lobby style and amazing sharks fountain.Mexican Piece of Art. Gorgeous beach , great service, awesome food, a wonderful breakfast buffet with plenty of options for everyone including some Mexican delicacies. Lovely spacious outdoors,very clean. Well appointed rooms with nice sea views, great housekeeping team and room amenities including nice shampoo and body gel and Awesome personnel everywhere! from Manuel guard gate welcoming you with a smile,to Ernesto & all reception team and F&B team.You can see anyday, anywhere the manager supervising and chatting with guests.This is a very well run operation. Definitely will comeback.Thank you all at Presidente.

From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Every team member I encountered was not only well trained and attentive, but also incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay. The hotel amenities were equally remarkable—thoughtfully designed, well-maintained, and offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Lastly, the location was a major highlight: convenient, vibrant, and close to everything I wanted to explore. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

While my overall experience was very positive, there are a few things that could make my next stay even better. First, it would be great to have an upgrade option available, either at booking or check-in, to enhance the stay even further. I would also appreciate a quieter room, as mine was a bit noisy at times, which affected my rest. Lastly, I’d love to see more variety in the food options, particularly for longer stays or for guests with different dietary preferences. These small improvements would elevate an already excellent experience.

Very Clean. Extremely Friendly staff. Great location. On site parking was easy. Beach was clean compared to others. A lot of seating for the beach. Food was delicious. Breakfast was fresh and always clean. They were super sweet with welcoming us and making sure my husband’s birthday was celebrated. They also spent so many hours cleaning the seaweed up and making the swimming area perfect.

Shower water was really unpredictable. It was perfect then scalding hot. They also need to help monitor the gym and put time limits. People were hogging the equipment and it was hard to workout. Bed was HARD and pillows flattened out.
