Everything was great from check in to check out

The bathroom cabinets and the tables in the living room were terribly scratched and need to be redone.

The room was amazing very comfortable very clean. The rooms for the price was right on point and better , my only complaint was your sight offer earlier check in and basically approved it then I was told no at the property the host said to come back around 230 we can back actually around 330 and had to stand and wait exactly till 4pm I noticed they did this with everyone don't offer something you refuse to do this is far from hospitalab and for such a rated hotel was below my expectations

We thought the omelet was excellent. The rest of the food, while presented attractively, was average. We couldn’t locate several items, most importantly, the coffee service. But the staff was exceedingly helpful and attentive

The layout organization was confusing, at least for us. Non-meat protein , other than eggs, would be nice. Pump up the flavor of food, except the vegetable omlette. That my husband very much enjoyed. Keep your employees happy—that staff could not have been more attentive.

I always try to stay at an embassy when I travel . This embassy was the nicest one I’ve ever stayed at . The staff were amazing specifically the bartender . The bar area was really nice and the welcome bag we got when we checked in was a nice personal touch. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean and comfortable

Except for checkin, everything was superb. The hotel, staff, food, and room could not have been better. Will definitely stay there again.

My reservations had been cancelled when I got there and I spent over an hour trying to get it fixed. Even after showing the desk clerk my confirmation from booki.com and the email from the hotel itself, I still had problems.

Everything the way it looked the staff the breakfast everything was great besides the restaurant the rooms the dining area and the breakfast was my favorite thing about it I loved the view

The long wait at the restaurant we were the only ones there and still had to wait an hour to get our food

The hotel staff was very friendly, room was very clean.

The restaurant was a little slow about taking orders and getting food on the table. It was also unclear about where to sit and who would take our order. However, the food was good and the wait staff was very friendly.

We like this hotel chain because we enjoy having a kitchen with refrigerator & freezer where we can store food which we’ll use at our destination & where we can eat dinner I’ve prepared in advance. Also the custom omelettes were very well done. And what most impressed us was the excellence of the manager who dealt with our concerns about how the billing was done. She was unusually personable and very competent.

The closets are not particularly spacious.

Friendly staff, clean room, free drinks and good breakfast.

I didn’t receive the room I made reservations for, but it was nice. A little on the expensive side for only one night. Had to leave my room to get linen for sofa bed and more towels.
