The breakfast is amazing. Real egg (not powdered), gravy and biscuits, waffles & pancakes, breads. Great food. Was hesitant at first when booking but it surprised me how nice it was. Yes, there could be some remodeling done but for the most part worth the normal price. Bed was rather comfortable too. And the pool is located in the middle of the hotel outside so that was nice to sit outside by the pool and drink coffee. Also the market had normal prices for your everyday items. Most places increase their but not here. That is also a major plus!

The room is somewhat smaller then most and the bathroom is tiny! Only one person at a time in there! Other than that I enjoyed my stay very much!

Ok, so the place needs to be updated (and as far as I could tell that was in progress) but overall we loved it! The breakfast was amazing! It had a good variety and everything was hot and fresh. Everyone we came into contact with was super kind and friendly. The beds and pillows were so comfy we didn’t want to get up! The room had a slight smell but everything was clean and we always bring air freshener anyways so that wasn’t an issue at all. The pool area was kept clean and neat and the chairs were nice! We really loved and will definitely choose to stay there again if we’re ever back in the area!

The pool and hot tub was clean for the most part aside from the rocks from the surrounding area that likely made their way in on the bottom of feet. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub aside from the harsh rocky area surrounding them. There really wasn’t really a designated pet potty area so at times we found piles of poo in the bushes along the walkways from irresponsible pet owners but this is not the hotels fault or responsibility. Walk your pets away from public areas and clean up after them!!!

What didn't I like ? The customer service was the best I ever had . The people were so Genuinely polite and helpful . When we got there , a sales assistant named Misty was working at the front desk . She was so elegant and professional that I just knew that she had been a front desk clerk for decades, but she was only filling in for a sick employee. I told her why I came , (for the hot spa ) , so she arranged my room to be close to it , and after about 4 hours there , the people next door returned and they had barking dogs . I just knew that my trip was spoiled . So I went to misty and told her about the dogs , and expected her to tell me how she would speak to the other tenants about the dogs , but to my surprise, she acted like she had done something wrong and apologized profusely. She asked me pleadingly if she could move me to another room , and it made my heart cry with happiness . She put us upstairs in a corner room and the rest of my stay was glorious ❤️. Every time she saw us , she asked how things were going . We actually booked the room for more nights

There wasn't anything about this place that I did not like . This was a very very great place ,and I loved every moment there ❤️

The breakfast was descent and Shout out to Michele she was helpful went out of her was to make us feel welcome the first day.Also I think his name is D went above and beyond and is a generous man. The front desk was very helpful and Kudos to Christian 🙂 We find the pool nice size and spacious

The first room I think #161with exterior entrance we didn't like the distance, and the curtains in the room were dirty! and the bath tube had patches on inside ? When I informed frt dear were weren't happy no questions asked they moved us to #131 Two issues there. The main being the toilet not flushing the best maintenance checked on it twice it did improve some. The bed seems to be higher in center and feels like it tilts you off towards the off both sides .

When we arrived I had requested a room with 2 queens with outside access on the first level, none were available even though I received a message from the hotel saying that they had a resevation for me. The girl at the desk must have been new because she kept trying to put me at an inside room which they said was an upgrade, I expressly wanted a room with outside access due to the amount of things we had to unload from our SUV. Finally a lady who I believe was a night manager stepped in and said would you like a room with a King with an outside access. i agreed to that so we were able to unload and the bed was comfortable.

Staff kind. Normally I reclean but I didn't. I was late arriving and was too tired. The room smelled a little stale. TV wasn't working, return to desk. Girl called someone. He checked it out. TV wasn't properly connected to the wall. Secondly, I couldn't brew coffee first am. After returning to the room, I tried again. Then I heard a staff member in the hall. He comes in to check. He tried and said I needed to push down on it. Hallways smelled fresh. Lobby was very inviting. I felt safe with cameras in hallways. I hope that was what they were. Anyway, I will stay again at BW. The last 5 years in other places: bugs, ruly staff, and uncleanness. Next time, I will give the white glove test😁. The surrounding shops, food were OK too.

I was pleased with my stay. No complaints.

We loved the hotel, the breakfast, the room, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was very clean and I love that they had van to take you out if you didn't want to drive your own car. The hotel smelled good and the hallway was vented with heat or air conditioner.

We didn't like the pillows, the bathroom was small and the vent didn't work in the bathroom.

The Breakfast is always awesome and filling. I always fill satisfied with the selection.

The first room the toilet did not work very well after the first day. We called and the maintenance man never came at all. We ended up moving rooms.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was wonderful, we interacted with Kiki at the front desk and she was extremely kind and understanding and was just absolutely the best.

One of the best stays I have had traveling to play baseball with my son throughout the southeast, nothing could have been better

the room we everything we expected it to be. it looked exactly like the pictures. the staff was amazing. they were really sweet and nice. helped us with everything we needed. i would highly recommend this place.

the only down side we ad was when my husband got in the tub to use the jet tub the stopper wouldn't hold the water in and he had to keep refilling the tub up.
