The room was very comfortable but I did pay more for a larger space. The bath and hot water were always available but I don't think the jacuzzi controls had worked for a long time. The staff were always helpful and on hand to assist. Breakfast was reasonable if not exceptional. There were plenty of good facilities in the area and connections by road were excellent.

The pool and bar area weren't really very appealing and not somewhere you'd want to spend much time comfortably. A bit like sitting in a 1960s London tower block. The hotel was perfectly fine but I think the pictures were taken quite sympathetically which gave an overheightened expectation of what might be found at the hotel. Despite being offered a happy hour free drink each night, I was never tempted to take it up at the bar.

I enjoyed the environment and location. it was my first time in tucson and i was little bit worried about what would be around the hotel and i was not disappointed. It’s not too bad proximity wise to a lot of tuscan destinations. The man up front that helped me was extremely helpful and helped me not only navigate around the hotel but he assisted me through the checking in process extremely quickly while answering any questions i had. ( i had booked the hotel through booking.com) and he also upgraded the room free of charge as well as telling us the best place to park to reach my room! the amenities were also awesome (pool, hot tub, laundry, basketball and tennis courts & free breakfast from 6:00-10:00 am) it almost made me book another couple days to extend my stay. And the room was impeccable. I usually have to take pictures of the room in case there is any issues and i needed to be compensated but all in all everything was amazing. plenty of towels, full access to AC, hot water with amazing pressure and lights in almost every corner. all in all i will be coming back to this hotel next time i find myself in tucson!

i have no issues with this hotel. everything was above my expectation.

Check in was easy. Went to the desk and got my key. The hotel is bigger than it seems so the very helpful map they give you at check in is important when needing to find your way around the hotel and to the different facilities such as laundry room and the cafe to eat breakfast in. If you want housekeeping services during your stay you have to request it. Same as if you need more towels, bins changed etc just let them know and they will sort it. Bed was huge and sooo comfortable. I had a lovely sleep during my stay and can’t fault the bed at all. Bathroom was spacious. Shower worked lovely. Nice and hot no issues. Bathtub too shallow to have an actual bath in. I tried. Didn’t work. But was fine I’m a shower person anyway. There’s a laundry room on the premises. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. $1.50 to use the washing machine. $1 for the dryer. And you can get convenient boxes from the lobby with washing liquid and dryer sheet inside for $2 which actually came in handy. Clothes smelt amazing would 10/10 recommend. I opted for the express check out which meant I was able to just phone the front desk and let them know I’m checking out. Left my room keys and headed on my merry way. Easy peasy.

Shallow bath. That’s it. Shower was lovely. Loud pipes. Neighbour used their shower at 3am. I know this because the pipes woke me up. Other than that I loved it. Would stay again.

Everything, social hour with free drinks, free breakfast, bbqs for guests to use, jacuzzi room was awesome for my pain issues (back neck) seating area for smokers thats nice with picnic tables and well lit at night and staff is always amazing great for short stays and extended stays and value that you cant beat and the room was so big I could live there. Separate bedroom with jacuzzi tub and sink with vanity mirror, king bed and dressed and clothes cabinet closet, a second full bath, and a living room and kitchen Separate from each other. Like a 1 bedroom apartment easily around 800sq ft or more.

This location was very clean, both inside and outside. The rooms were bright and the beds very comfortable. The AC was cold and quiet. This location has a large outdoor pool and jacuzzi, both are heated and inviting. Breakfast was a very large selection with large portions available.

The shower head was loose. The water sprayed from the threaded connection. This was easily fixed, but the ceiling and walls got soaked. The faucet in the shower drips. Enough for a few gallons per day. This was reported, but I was told they have multiple rooms with this problem due to hard water and can not be fixed because they would need to turn off the main to fix it? I'm sure in Arizona they don't have to worry about frozen pipes, but not having independent shutoff is inviting bigger issues.

very basic breakfast, we only take some coffee, i think it can be better, with some more fruit... about the room it was very confort and clean!, the A/C is good but get directly to us at the edge of the bed...

the only thing that we dont expect the pet fare, they tell you that are pet friendly but, they dont tell you that have a pet fare, about 40 USD for the two nights that we stay... thats not good, that they dont tell you when you are making the reservation... they just make the charge when we are making the check in at the front desk

Jacuzzi option in the room was great. Breakfast was good. The onsite cafe and happy hour was a nice, unexpected perk. The food was tasty, and there was free popcorn, which was a nice touch. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. The bar in the room was great, plus the cooktop. Although it had lots of nice features in the room, it felt cramped compared to what I'm used to. But the price made it a perfectly good value, so I'll be staying here again in the future.

The couch-bed was terribly uncomfortable. Unless you have 3-foot femurs, there's no way to relax in this couch. Had to pull all the extra pillows from the room and put them behind my back just to get comfy. The bed wasn't very comfy. The mattress seemed pretty old and beat up. The jacuzzi in the room had a missing knob dial label, so it wasn't clear what that knob was for.

Loved the hard floors for the pet to stay, bed was great, AC worked great too!! The controls were easy to understand and operate. The room was clean and smelled clean. Bathroom was clean. Loved the small couch and small sink with range. TV was easy to operate too. I received a bottom floor as requested and the staff were very helpful with easy check in. Appreciated the grass dog relief station, it was stocked with bags and can emptied daily it seemed!

The fridge does not get very cold, even on highest setting, only cool. But was fine. Bathroom shower head was loose. A dog hair dust bunny was on the floor. Kleenex box only had about 3-4 sheets left and no extra was there to restock. I went to the ice machine several times but there was never ice in it. During breakfast or happy hour service, there was no ice for drinks available for self serve either

Very nice property. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Bed was nice. Staff very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Location good. There is a Starbucks 0.6 miles from property. You can walk there every morning an get your Starbucks fix. Putney's across the street had great hamburgers. Highly recommend it. More places to eat are one or two blocks north of property. It's better to exit the property to the right, go make the U turn and go one or two blocks for other places to eat. Trying to cross three lanes of traffic to go north is dangerous.

The staff in the breakfast room were great; very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfectly acceptable for 2 people; it was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast room was way too small. Breakfast choices could have included a few more items such as bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter - maybe mixing it up on some days with biscuits and gravy. Only one front office staff member was not very friendly and welcoming; the rest of the staff was great and very helpful.
