The gentleman at both check-in and check-out was terrific! I wish I could remember his name. We noticed there was an AARP discount and were looking for our AARP cards but we'd left them at home. Apparently he heard us. When we went to check-n [booked at booking.com] he gave us the AARP discount without question. We're in our late 70's so that was a wonderful discount he gave us! He was so great! He should be recognized by Motel 6 as a fantastic host! The room was perfect for us and was VERY CLEAN! The queen bed was as comfortable as ours is at home. That's great because we both have back and neck injuries. The location is good for us. This is the fourth time we've stayed here for our visit to Imperial Beach. It's the most affordable place to stay close to the beach and the pier.

Honestly, after our fourth stay, the only thing we'd like extra would be a coffee maker in the room.

Location. The microwave allowed me to make some meals at home. Staff was very nice and helpful. Comfy bed, enough parking space.

A little noisy AC. And it wasn’t even my AC. It was neighbors AC running. The night are cool enough, don’t know why they even needed it.

We received what they promised on their website. Quiet and very good service. No extra charges.

Despite having a fridge and microwave, it lacked the coffee maker and the iron.

The location was great in proximity to where we were spending our day. Plenty of food options nearby. Freeway access was right down the street. I was very surprised how big the room was. Everything went well.

the cover of the bed had a brown spot, it look like it was burned when the iron it. The room was smoking room, but I guess I did not pay attention when I booked my stay, I should had ask for a non smoking room.

Very clean and sanitized and at the motel 6 they actually had towels!

Well I asked for the bottom room which they had provided but it was dirty and I was told if I wanted the room I had to wait to be cleaned!! I didn't like that so they gave upstairs room when husband has knee problem.

The room was massive and with a walk on shower unit. I am a senior and sometimes have difficulty stepping over the bath tub in the shower. I highly recommend this motel.

Room was big and clean. Property was right off the interstate.

Little noisy and rooms aren’t sound proof at all. Could hear the people walking around in the room above us.

it didn’t have the lamps next to the bed and I wish there were more than 2 pillows

Had children with special needs so would've liked to have an option for a downstairs room or the option of a tub due to their fears of the shower hitting their face.
