We enjoyed the pool , whirlpool bath, big shower, hot water,and breakfast. The biscuits and gravy was so good

One of the curtains had been ripped off and put into the closet which I thought was kind of weird. There also wasn’t extra linen for the pull out couch but I went upfront and grabbed it. The couch had crumbs all over the mattress.. I did have to do a little cleaning before we could actually relax but there was no bugs and it was minor things.

The breakfast was good, it was nice to have a warm food option. The eggs were not very hot but we're good. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful

The rooms were very clean and they smelled good. There were a couple cobwebs on the ceiling but this is not a big deal. The tub was well worn and mats were placed on the bottom as a temporary measure, when I talked to staff they said they are renovating the suits and all the tubs are being replaced.

Devon went above and beyond during my stay. He also ran the shuttle to pick me up after I dropped off my rental car the night before my departure. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hotel and also courteous and polite. Kudos for hiring such a nice young man!

The carpet in the room could use an update. Also why on earth is there carpet up the base of the wall instead of baseboard trim? Seriously - does someone have to vacuum that? It’s very weird .

Prime location - 3-5 mins away from CVG airport and 40 mins away from Noah's Ark. Many restaurants and a shopping area are also very close by. Room is a bit outdated however, it had all the amenities we needed and beds were super comfortable. Hotel provides airport shuttle and free breakfast. They also provide coffee and water throughout the day. Staff is welcoming and well- knowledgeable. Check in and out process was fast and easy. I recommend staying at this hotel to all guests.

The room was Very clean and well maintained. The Breakfast was very good. Both days we went out around 8 am and were able to get our bellies full. Sometimes had to wait quite a while though because of what seemed to be short staff.

The door to the pool was hard to get the key to work in. Only time ever really seen someone at the front desk was after 3 pm.

Room was clean, Bathroom was oversized, Bed Was Comfortable, AC Worked Well, Pool was Comfortable and Fun. Jacuzzi ran well and was clean.

Room 101 door did not lock without deadbolt. So when not in the room, you give the door a few shakes, and you're in no key card needed. But when in room and deadbolt turned door could not be opened. Staff was overworked buy still pleasant

Nice room, comfy beds, friendly check-in staff and breakfast staff

Pool was really cold, and our room wasn't cleaned at all. We had to ask for towels and to have the trash taken out, and then we had to ask for a new trash bag. On the last morning the cleaning staff knocked on our door to clean finally, even though we were checking out in less than two hours.

How close it was to airport and offered shuttle service

The elevator kind of seems always broken , And the air conditioner in the unit was difficult to set , wanted to have the a/c blowing non stop but was stuck on auto so it kept turning off and it got hot so had to open window

The breakfast was average, could have had a little more selection of breakfast food items.

The parking was somewhat limited to find a good parking location on the lot, the numbered spots were reserved though the majority of them were empty.

Rooms are very spacious. Very comfortable bed. All you need in a room. Very clean!

I was looking for hot oatmeal. None was available. Otherwise, breakfast was the standard fair.
