Walking in, you could smell cleaner and a pool, so right away it gave a sense of cleanliness. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff was very prompt. The hot tub was very relaxing and the side patio was enjoyable to sit at. Our room was nice and cool and the bed was comfortable.

I wish we had a smart TV in our room. It is a personal preference, but we do not watch much actual television. Also, bigger towels over all.

That it is close to home

That the front desk lady was upsetting me by trying to charge me for my emotional service dog's and she doesn't understand the law I stay at alot of hotel and not once had a charge on my dogs it's was upsetting plus could not cancel my stay

Bed was comfortable hotel was clean did not get to swim but pool and hot tub looked nice and clean would stay again

Room 102 the door sticks we had to push hard as crap to get in I even left a note that said fix the door

Everyone was Extremely Nice and Accommodating. Rooms were Clean, Breakfast Bar was Tasty😋 with a Nice Assortment of Foods to choose from. Will return. 👍😊

Second time staying there..staff always efficient and pleasant clean rooms good towels and linens . Tv in good working order and easy controls

Located in the middle of all the activities that we wanted to do so there wasn't much of a drive to go and explore like we did.

the size of the bathroom was small and the upstairs occupants were noisy but other than that, we had no other issues at all with it.

We were there to sell items at a craft show. The gentleman who checked us in was really helpful.

Service was personable and exceptional. Within 5 minutes the manager resolved an issue with loud guests. The room was spotless!! I came to bury my mother, and felt safe, comfortable and cared about during my stay.
