I loved everything about this place you have self parking you have valet parking. You have a restaurant on site and you have a gorgeous bar on site also. The staff was awesome the facilities was really really clean and the rooms were nice and clean. You also have a train station right there you have some restaurants in the area right across the street that if you want to walk and some stores you can walk to. So it was great!

I can't find anything too much that I did not like.

It was clean hotel with a nice pool and exercise room. The bar was nice with good bartenders. The valets were very helpful too. Good location as even though it wasn’t right in downtown had a short train ride. Train right in front. Plenty of places to walk to too.

When we arrived the front desk just stared at us and the person who was to help us said his computer was frozen which is fine. But 2 other people just stared and didn’t offer to help us check in. Very uncomfortable. The parking was odd, never had to stay in a lot not owned by the hotel. It was right there but you had to pay.

Very new and modern, very clean, great location to UNCC.

No extras like bottled water, water bottle refilling station, or coffee/tea in lobby like other hotels. We were parched coming back from dinner. Disappointed that Starbucks was not open Saturday am so we had to buy coffee (and breakfast) at hotel restaurant which was not what we really wanted. Very expensive for what we got.

I loved how important I felt when I walked in. My stay was nice and quiet and everything was set up so neatly.

I didn’t like that I had to spend hours trying yo figure out how to do room service just to find out it was a barcode you have to scan. Also I could only find one light switch. So I used the lamp as my main source of light

I liked the location and niceness of the decor. Everything was clean!

I didn’t like that we had many problems trying to get checked into our room due to a celebrity football team staying the night before. We had reservations and check in time was at 4pm. Our room wasn’t ready until 8pm. We received $50 off each night’s rate for the inconvenience.

Felt very secure, comfortable beds. Great location while exploring UNCC.

Noisy people next door… woke us up at 4am.. called the front desk. It took about 45min to resolve. I felt it could have been dealt with faster. Wi-Fi was an extra charge. Would be ideal to have at least coffee in the lobby in the morning.

It was quiet I didn't hear the street traffic.

Parking isn't free . Parking is free at the other Hotels in the area. The bathroom sink water drained out very slow and water got on the floor from the shower. Not sure it the shower door closes well when the shower is on or it's not sealed well.

Very Clean Facility ! Staff was friendly ! Breakfast was delicious.

I don't like Is I could hear conversations who were staying beside me The walls very thin kept me up all night and walking down the hallway you could hear people's conversations in the room

Bathroom lighting is terrible. Outlet cover in bathroom was broken and couldn't plug anything into it as we were scared it would break off

Enjoyed the ambience, food, cleanliness of the hotel

I wasn’t advised of a deposit, didn’t like you have to pay for parking. Pricey!! The hotel doesn’t over anything free. The pillows are uncomfortable
