I had a really good stay here. The hotel is super clean( both the rooms and the shared spaces were spotless, which I really appreciate). Cleanliness is always one of the first things I notice when I stay somewhere and they clearly take it seriously here. Props to the maintenance and cleaning crew! The staff was kind and easy to talk to, and check-in was quick and smooth. The whole place has a calm, easygoing vibe. Just a quick tip: even though the area is really quiet, there’s a train that passes nearby. I only heard it twice (around 10 PM and 6 AM), but I’d suggest grabbing the free earplugs they offer at reception when you check in. All in all, it’s a great place for the price. Comfy, and well taken care of. I’d definitely come back

I travel between california and Texas often and I’ve stayed here several times. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast is pretty good. The courtyard area is great for pets. The beds are super comfortable too. Biggest bonus was I left an item behind accidentally and they found it for me! Will stay here again soon.

The only down side to this visit was there was a very loud refrigeration truck parked close to my room that kept running off and on most of the night. The vibrations and noise definitely reached the room. If I hadn’t been so exhausted I would not have been able to sleep.

Natalie checked us in; she has a warm, welcoming personality. She kindly gave us a room on the main floor which I appreciated. We were surprised by the size of our room and the unique furnishings. It really captured the feeling of an old mission. The bed was very comfortable. The morning breakfast was much better than we've had at other hotels, and the setting was very nice, more like an old restaurant than the sterile breakfast room at most chains. I hope you don't change the decor; it's quite lovely. I did not want to stay at a Best Western because I thought it would be one of those places that cut corners (no sound-proofing, bad mattress, depressing bathroom) but my husband suggested we try it because of the price, and I'm glad we did. No corners were cut that I could see.

The room was comfortable, and the staff at check-in/check out was friendly and kind. Breakfast was generous and the dining area was very nice.

The parking lot is really poorly paved with potholes, bumps, and uneven terrain, as well as a massive dip at the entrance that scratches the underside of the car unless approached at a tight angle. It was rough on my car to drive on. The buildings are clearly aged which means the A/C is a box unit that struggles to keep up with the heat and excludes the bathroom when the door is closed.

The breakfast was nice - restaurant buffet style with very attentive staff. It was in an actual restaurant style dining room. Very pleasant! This is one of the most charming places we have stayed for a reasonable price. It has a retro southwestern flair, but unlike some authentic retro places, it was super clean and in excellent condition. The grounds are beautiful! We don't usually go through Las Cruces on our frequent cross-country treks, but we may change our route so we can stay here again. The best was the incredibly gracious, warm and professional front desk staff!

Room was fine. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Food choices were good, but I stayed with Yogurt. Tried the scrambled eggs -- too salty. The woman overseeing the breakfast area was helpful. Engaging personality. Coffee was good (to me, that's important).

Purchasing sodas water from an outdoor machine. Prices weren't stated. Used a credit card. I'll see if the fee was reasonable. During the night hours, two nearby trains would wake me (and I'm sure others) at 2 and 4 am.

The bed was very comfortable. Loved the large spacious room, the large window, and the window in the bathroom was a real treat. The breakfast area was large, and very nicely decorated, lovely Southwest style. Breakfast selection was awesome, amd the server was friendly and helpful. Best breakfast we have had at any hotel in a long time.

The TV in the room was a bit small, could use an upgrade. We did hear a train at night, but they provide ear plugs and it wasn’t too disruptive.

The lovely woman at the front desk was so nice. Like chatting with an old friend. So kind and inviting. She gave me a room that made parking with a trailer easy. The room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. The train close by didn't bother me. I thought it would but it was surprisingly soothing. The parking lot is a little rough but manageable. Vending and ice machines all work properly. The shower was great. Perfect pressure and drainage. I couldn't hear the other guests or their t.v at all. I will stay here again and again.

When I first turned on the water for the shower, some small black particles came out of the water...instant dread. I was like, ohhh no! Of all the things to go wrong, you don't want the bathroom facilities to be one of them. Then a little sputter and it was clear. I ran it for several minutes after, turning it on and off again to check it's clarity. It ran clear from then on. Maybe I was in a room that hadn't been rented in a while.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful at answering questions. My partner and I are avid cyclists and we found it easy to bike to Mesilla and the University area for food, drinks, and shopping. The swimming pool was properly cared for and felt refreshing after a hot day in the car. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything went well for our stay, no issues.

Beyond expectations plus an attendant that was so helpful and friendly. Enjoyed talking with her and she needs to be commended for for her early morning work ethic.

There is nothing I did not like about my stay. Rita was unbelievably helpful in trying to make sense of my double booking when I could get no help from booking.com. She was the most personable motel manager I have ever met. There should be more like her and the world would be better for it. If I am ever in Las Cruces again I will not stay anywhere where else.
