Convenient location near I90 and right next to very good restaurant. Staff were very responsive to all requests. Coffee in the lobby is much better than having to make it in the room.

Walkways are uneven in places, so warning sign about tripping hazard would be good.

Big parking, beds great. Staff very kind and helpful. 😊

The floor in our room was so dirty. My white socks were black in 2 minutes...

Staff at check in was exceptionally nice and helpful. Other staff members I dealt with during the day when I extended my stay was also excellent. Very clean rooms and environment.

The price went up because of the buffalo bills game. On any other day the room price would be half or less than I payed. So for that price of over $300 for the night it was a total rip off. For that price I should be in a 5 star hotel not a red roof inn.

They had a problem with the hot water.
