Clean, good location for our purpose, amazing staff, nice rooms, breakfast was reasonable and the woman who took care of us at breakfast and also worked the bar and restaurant at dinner was exceptional!

We parked on the side lot closer to the entrance- unfortunately it smelled like marijuana right outside the door. Not the hotels fault, but it hit me in the face when we were first going to the room.

EVERY single staff member was outgoing, friendly and helpful!

Bathtub and shower were old and needed replacing. Shower curtain rod was not secure. Water flooded the bathroom when showering because shower curtain could not fully extend. Afraid it would come down. Reported it a few times. No solution.

The 35'-40' long oval heated swimming pool was good for short laps. Pool Hours 9-9 were good. Parking was free and easy. TV had lots of channels. Big nice bathroom. Keurig coffee system in room, refrig, microwave were good features. WIFI worked fine. Numerous outlets for plugging in chargers.

No luggage racks available and not much room to put suitcases, tho Nikki brought up two chairs for putting the suitcases on. Lighting in the room could've been better. Pool was closed for 2 hours mid-day on Sunday for cleaning, just when we wanted to swim.

I loved how comfortable the room was, the bathroom was a good size, and the bed very comfortable.

I went down for breakfast and afterwards when we were done eating the lady’s from the dining gave me a check when I booked it in with my room through booking.com. It wasn’t serious but I felt really nervous on whether I was suppose to pay or not. Plus I checked in my room really late after 11pm almost midnight due to the time I left my home where I live, plus traveling with a newborn baby and I did call to let them be aware but maybe I could have got a longer stay since I paid over 200 dollars and wasn’t there a full night.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff and accomodations were great.

A "team" of young lacrosse players and their families stayed the same weekend. Parents provided no supervision. Not the hotel's fault. Just making the comment.

The staff was amazing. Roxanne at the bar was a pleasure and Nicole at the front desk was the best ever!

There is no changing room/bathroom at the pool area. Did not like having to venture into the hallway in a wet bathing suit to use the bathroom.

I love the comfort of the bed. It's like sleeping on a big fluffy pillow. There is an indoor pool and a gym there. Very friendly staff. I love about an hour away and with this winter we are having it's nice to have and affordable, friendly and clean place to stay.

Rooms overlooking the courtyard were nice but not as quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful staff. The coffee keurig in the room was great and we were able to get real creamer in lobby.

We awoke early due to baby crying in the room next door.

The staff was exceptional and loved the evening attendant who was the BEST attention to detail and provided unbelievable courtesy to us arriving late. Highly recommend the breakfast service and the wonderful service provided the waitress who gave us and the whole restaurant incredible Family-like service. Highly recommend the hotel and compliments to the Management Staff for their customer service training.
