Don't let the other reviews fool you. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was great and while the location might feel a little bit unsafe, because the area is a mix of industrial and old housing projects. That might scare some people off. However, we didn't run into any issues walking to the next subway station. During the day it doesn't even feel that bad. Another plus for me was the reliable and fast WiFi + free coffee around the clock in the lobby.

The location was the only thing that might feel a little sketchy. However, it isn't that bad and probably needs a few years to flourish.

clean room, decent breakfast

The breakfast area is a not big enough for the number of guests in the hotel. Also, the window in the room was not properly isolated, so outside noise from construction nearby was heard, but not too loud as we stayed at the higher floor.

The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. The hotel also offers a delightful coffee-to-go service, which was a perfect perk for me. Moreover, the staff were super nice and made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay.

One notable drawback was the super busy restaurant in the morning for breakfast. There were too few staff members to keep up with the high demand. As a result, food items were not filled up quickly enough, leading to empty buffet stations. Additionally, there were not enough tables available to accommodate the influx of guests during peak breakfast hours. The hotel management should address these issues as many reviews have referred to this.

The property was very modern, clean and comfortable. I love the fact that there’s no smoking in the rooms and there’s breakfast included.

The room didn’t have complimentary water bottles, toothpaste or trash bags in the room and bathroom.

Good breakfast included in the cost of the room; efficient reception staff; spacious room with large flatscreen tv and excellent recharging facilities; lovely bathroom with large, easy to operate shower. The hotel doesn't offer restaurant facilities, but there are useful vending machines in the foyer dispensing snacks and (non-alcoholic) drinks. Long Island City is a great place to stay as it's just a short subway ride from Manhattan and much cheaper.

The hotel isn't in the best area and it's a significant walk to subway stations. However, at no time did it feel unsafe.

10 minutes walk from the metro easy to reach Manhattan staff was nice good amenities in room

1. Was somewhat noisy on weekends, mainly other guests in the hotel were noisy 2. Breakfast is not well organized. Even though there are plenty of food options, one needs to be careful with allergies (no signs for allergies, gluten free breads are mixed with normal bread) 3. Not many restaurants near the hotel, taking the metro to Manhattan is the best choice for a good restaurant

It was new, clean, they clean the rooms everyday changing towels and doing the beds. Hot Breakfast was a little limited but good and varies every day

The location is a little scary at night if you go back to the hotel walking from the metro station. The views from the rooms are not that good because there is a warehouse just in front of the hotel . We had a partial city view from our room on the 16 floor.

The breakfast was very nice and kitchen staff were excellent.

The Reception staff was very rude when I checked in nearly at 8 pm. He kept me waiting for half an hour and rather than apology, he advised me to come up with more patience next time.

The location is in the middle of a high crime area, and there are lots of drug addicts and drunks hanging around the area.

I loved all the amenities in the room and in the hotel overall. The breakfast options were great. The staff was very friendly.

I didn’t like that a random person knocked on my door at 11pm pretending to be room service on the first night. I also didnt enjoy the crowd standing outside the hotel on the weekend.
