I recently stayed at this accommodation and found it to be very large and comfortable, with several positive aspects and a few areas for improvement. Positives: Size and Comfort: The rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable stay. View: The view of the canal from the room is a nice touch. Staff: The staff were generally helpful and accommodating. Alison at the front desk was particularly fabulous and provided excellent assistance. Quiet Rooms: The rooms are quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Washing Machines: The availability of washing machines is a great convenience. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was good, adding to the overall positive experience.

Negatives: Parking: The parking attendant was aggressive when being dropped off, insisting you didn’t park, which was off-putting. Pool: The pool area was a bit dirty, and it could benefit from more frequent cleaning. Safety Information: The resuscitation information provided at the pool was inadequate. An upgrade to include CPR instructions would be beneficial for guest safety. Overall, this accommodation offers a spacious and comfortable stay with great views and helpful staff. While there are some areas needing improvement, such as parking management, pool cleanliness, and safety information, these do not overshadow the many positives of the experience.

The Bricktown location turned out to be perfect: right on the Canal allowing walking access to some restaurants. And across the street from the street car that takes you to many places throughout the downtown. It was nice to have a suite so we could relax in a separate area from the bedroom area. The breakfast offered hot and cold options. The staff was friendly as well as helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!

We had an unexpected tornado alert and had to evacuate our room.and walk down from the 5th to the 1st floor. They need to add two things for the future: 1) Add directions on what to for tornados under what to do in case of fire. 2) alert people in their rooms, not just in rhe hallways... we heard noise so we opened the door to listen to the announcement.

Breakfast was good - wished it was open until 10 am, since coffee was out at 9:00 am Sharp! Room was perfect for living space, kitchen and separate room for sleeping!

Charged $23.00 per day for parking - not stated on Booking website anywhere- so surprised upon checkin! Hotel room was not ready for 3 ppl - needed to get sheets for pullout, hair dryer, and remote for TV #2. Pool closed 1 day for maintenance of chemicals- understand but no communication.

Loved the friendly and helpful staff the most! Locations as perfect for what I needed, and honestly the value was great. The room was clean but my bed was not the most comfortable. Luckily I had a queen room so I tried out the other bed on my second night and got a better night's sleep.

Breakfast was bountiful and I was thankful for it. It was powdered eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, bagels and toast, waffles, fruit, and yogurt. It was not bad, and the staff were great throughout. The food was just what you expect at a hotel breakfast.

The staff with some of the most friendly people I've ever came across while staying at a hotel… The breakfast was very tasty and well stocked… The rooms were huge… They had a good size parking lot. We don't like when valet is the only option… And the location was very close to town, but not in the center of all the madness.

My main issue was at our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke

The location was better than expected and convenient to the river park event we were there to attend. I also appreciated that we could easily walk along the little canal right behind the hotel to a variety of restaurants. The pool was clean and a blessing since there was extremely hot weather during our stay. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The breakfast was meh and the area got very crowded in the morning.

The convenience of being able to walk and explore was nice.

I can imagine that when this hotel was built it was beautiful. It is still a nice hotel but it does need some upgrading. So many new hotels being built that are up to current standards and people expect all the hotels they stay in to be just as nice as the next.

Teri at the front desk was great! I had to go down a few times for requests and she was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options.

The phone in the room did not have a cord available to plug in so was pointless being there. The TV in the living room didn't work with the apps that were available in the bedroom areas. The oven hood light was out. The laundry room had a few machines out so I had to wait to get to those available. It was clear that some areas hadn't been cleaned thoroughly when trash was found under the bed and behind the bathroom door. Most of it didn't affect the quality of the stay, but for that much money....

The people working there were super nice and accommodating. Place was clean and felt clean. Walking distance to so much and love that it is by the river

Didn’t love that they were short staffed. The bed was super squishy so sleeping on it all night hurt my back. Also bummed they didn’t have a hot tub.

Staff were helpful, room was large - a suite - breakfast was good, parking nearby.

The a/c unit was located in a cupboard in the bedroom, it was noisy, and woke us up during the night. The laundry facilities did not take cash, and could not be charged to the room, the only way to use them was an app linked to a local credit card, thus impossible for us to use as overseas visitors, which was very inconvenient. Hotel management suggested we use a laundromat in town - also inconvenient.
